Awful!! Do not buy from these people

Awful!!! Shocking customer service. One of the owners cannot be bothered to even move from his chair. Rude, arrogant and unhelpful unless he is taking your money. Bought a car less than 2 years ago. Over priced now looking back. So many problems with it to begin with. Took car back in recently to see if they would buy the car back. Paid 2.5k, offered £600. Very quick to pick up faults now but couldn’t get rid of it quick enough when we bought it.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. Con merchants !

Bought an Astra and found it had a problem with the electric window. The guys at heatherland couldn’t have been more helpful and sorted it as soon as they could get the part and they dropped the car off at my address as soon as it was fixed. Great service.

Worst garage they sell auction cars full of dangerous faults I wouldn't drive any cars these people sell they are dangerous and when you do complain about a fault they get abusive towards you and deny everything like a dodgy 70s car dealer really bad people shouldn't be allowed to be in business

Steer well away from this garage!!

Steer well away from this garage!!! I bought a Vauxhall Astra 2010 back in November 2022 for £3500 and within the first 3 month of having the car it was in the garage for a week of each month. They did have the repairs done for me as it was under warranty but once that was over problems kept occurring and now 12 months later the car is a write off, clutch has gone there’s a fuel leak there’s a leak in the boot causing mould! For the amount of money spent on such an old car I would have expected it to come with less problems but this garage overcharges for old problematic cars I would seriously AVOID buying from here!! The salesmen are also rude and very unhelpful avoid at all costs.

Stay way

Bought a car from this garage. was told all advisories and faults picked up by MOT would be rectified. After collecting the car i was unsure about the brakes to which i took to an independent brake specialist describing my issue and telling them that the car is under warranty. The report came back and the car should have not even passed the MOT. Return the car to the garage and immediately after a 5 second check the salesman confirmed and offered to replace. What else was missed on the MOT? Also, it has now been 12 weeks since purchase and still no log book. Telephoned more than 5 times to be told there are delays. Last time i was promised someone would call me back and still hasn't so i am still without log book and will have to pay the cost my self.

Update: 2 more phones and promised someone will return the call and no one has. Still no log book and car still registered to previous keeper. 13 weeks now

Bought car, had a fault. BUT…

Bought car. Electric boot was broken. They done absolutely everything they could to get it fixed (motorised boot rather than gas struts), even sent the car to Honda and they couldnt do it. Kept me informed constantly what was going on. When we finally realised it wasnt getting fixed, came up with either a refund, choose another car, or keep this and get excellent compensation for the fault. Included a refund coming up to 1/4 of what i paid for the car, a free service and MOT when needed, and an extra 3 months warranty. Tony was brilliant all the way. Second / third / fourth hand cars will always have some sort of problems. Tony, thanks mate. Brilliant throughout!!

Insulting Part Exchange offer

We bought a Citron Grand Picasso from this garage in December 2020 for £2,800. 18 months later and the cars clutch has completely gone. I had previously been happy with the service from Heatherland so went back to them to seek a replacement vehicle. We found a car we liked and requested a part ex to which we were offered an insulting £200 and told that the garages owner doesn't want the car back despite selling it to us 15 months earlier. Avoid this garage like the plague!

Heads up! Avoid like the plague!

Heads up!
If your planning on buying a car from these DONT!
I brought a car from these clowns a few weeks ago its been in the garage 2 times meant to be 3 this Monday coming with problems. And today I handed my car back and got a full refund. THEY HAVE FRAUDED the MOT by saying all work has been done. Clearly the garage hadnt even checked before we collected an we had no reason to believe it hadn't been fixed!!
An we pointed out the day we brought it there was a nail in the tyre which we were told it would be replaced an had to be done to pass its MOT anyway.

Passed its mot which was illegal an let us drive it round for 3 weeks an we could of seriously been injured if we had a blow out. An dread to think. As we've had 2 young kids in the car almost everyday.
There a bunch of cowboys! My car spent more time getting jobs done than it spent on the road, absolute joke!

To top it off I wrote a letter to say they sold me the car unsafe an they signed it!
TRADING STANDARDS will have a field day. If you have any concern for your safety I WOULDNT buy from these. His answer to it was 'the guy who did the MOT must of had a bad day' and illegally signed the MOT off.
There clearly handing out illegal mot certificates an god knows what else there not doing to there cars to make them safe to sell.... 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE

I bought a car from them in September 2020, within the warranty period I took it back as it was struggling to start and also the blowers didn’t heat up, they told me they’d fixed it but I picked the car up and it had exactly the same faults I confronted them there and then and they asked me to bring it back AGAIN (I live 40 minutes away and had to get someone to follow me there and back every time) I recently took the car to another garage local to me to have the heaters fixed as I was struggling to demist it and it was easier to get a local garage to repair it than take it back to the cowboys at Heatherland. The local garage rang me to ask how long I had owned the car for I said only a few months they said that when they’d flushed the heater matrix they found it was full of k seal that conveniently hid the fact the the head gasket had gone, when I confronted Heatherland about this they were rude and aggressively and completely denied that they had put k seal in it or that the previous owner had put it in there despite them not possibly being able to know that for sure! They sold me a car not fit for purpose, in fact not fit for anything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
