Sent back my product as per instructions and didn’t receive a refund

This company are scammers, I ordered a pair of heated leggings from them advertised with two batteries it only arrived with one. I was advertised as heating lumbar, thigh and lower leg, there is a barely noticeable bit of warmth on the front of my shins. I contacted the company about the missing battery and lack of instructions also questioning the advertised heated areas but got no reply. I then went through the returns process they acknowledged it but would only refund with in store credit, I didn’t want this they did not reply to any of my following attempts at communication.
The email they have on their page does not exist and there is no phone number to contact them. I can’t get my money back, I thought I had paid via PayPal but no record on my pay pal but the £65 has gone from my account. Out right SCAM do not loose your money to this company.

My heated gilet stopped working after 4 months , the support email is no longer available, don’t buy from this company

This company are a scam. Ordered goods, not right so returned. Basically ignored since January and no refund, 70 wasted. Don't even think they are in this country as any responses I did get were by email early am and no telephone number.

Poor overall experience so I have previously purchased a heated gilet around 2023 and no problems and was overall great quality. However I purchased another heated gilet just this Christmas and had to exchange it as was far too big, heatex had no problem dealing with an exchange but when I got the newer gilet I noticed it was the exact same size with the size labels removed. So once again I emailed this time asking for a full refund which they agreed to however when returning the item I did not receive the refund and they just started ignoring emails. I managed to get lucky as I purchased this using Klarna which I used there customer service to get the refund this whole process took three months for me to get the money back. Heatex basically tried to scam me and would advise not buying from to avoid the headache of dealing with this awful company so please avoid.

Ordered heat socks and found them unsuitable, and after arguement the company agreed to a return. After reminders, no refund as yet. Why are these people in business who can't do the right thing ? Barge pole comes to mind.

Terrible company, returned a Christmas present as too small. Nil further contact. No response to emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I bought a heated jacket as a Christmas present. It didn’t fit, so returned it on 2 Jan, but no response, no replacement jacket and no refund.

Christmas present from my wife but couldn’t work as the wiring wasn’t connected, spoke to Emily in customer services who was very nice and helpful , returned jacket but had none left to replace , so asked for refund, no receipt with product but she got round that , returned but no refund turned up and Emily vanished, truly dreadful company

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - I bought a heated gillet from them as a christmas present but the item received did not fit well (and no size labels on the item). Requested an exchange and they sent me a postage label to return the original item. And that's it - not heard from them since. They have ignored my emails, kept my money and not replaced the item.

Item received but was too small, I sent back the item via Royal Mail which was received back to them on 15th January. I have had no correspondence since & no emails have been replied to.

Socks are OK, Batteries are U/S and not fit for intended use, asked for replacements and agreed to sign an agreement to return the batteries immediately, the replacements arrived, or they could invoice me.

At 74, with very poor circulation and no central heating. I needed to be able to keep the socks powered, even if the batteries did not last more than 20 mins on low heat. I did not wish to be without heat for my feet, for what could have been several weeks during the coldest part of the year. Whilst they hopefully sent replacements
But they just ignored my request, and have never replied to any of my messages since.

Awful company tried to return an item which for a size small was huge and also no size indicators on the product itself so for all I know it was the wrong size.So tried to send back and get a refund the only offer available was store credit even though they offer money back.Contacted them and explained the situation they replied with a link to get a refund and we had the same problem again emailed 3 times for help and nothing back from them and now it’s past the returns date

I read the reviews. Should have taken heed but when I brought it up to the sales team they assured me the problems were in the distant past. Honeyed words that meant absolutely nothing. Told that the item was in stock and ready to deliver. After a lot of hassle it became apparent they could not fulfill the order. An utter waste of time. So frustrating. I did get my refund though so at least they did that right. But definitely to be avoided.

Item has never arrived, can't get a refund as they never respond to the request.

Shocking company AVOID....

Next day delivery tracked and signed is a total joke.

There website url has expired and is parked a GoDaddy.So it is impossible to email them.They appear to be a scam company. I too have returned the faulty thermal clothing which they have received confirmed by the courier.I still have not received my refund.So I will be taking further action to retrieve my
refund.

This is a scam. Do not buy.

Terrible company, ordered in December 2024 and items still not delivered. No customer service who either ignore or don’t answer the actual question. Now been told they have courier problems. It’s an absolute joke and feel like they have stolen £250 from me.

I’m still waiting for an exchange since December! Emily is absolutely useless. I would avoid this company. The amount of back and forth is appalling.

Ordered heated socks and paid £44.99 in mid December but no good received. Followed up multiple times but just get automated response.

This is a fake company. Avoid.
