Made contact on Tuesday 11th February about boiler replacement, Aaron arrived when he said he would to survey the job, said he would get quotes over to us and the different boiler options the next morning.
We picked a boiler and they got
us in the diary for today Friday 14th February.
Mark the engineer turned up on time and gave us a detailed description of what was going to happen, very clean and tidy individual who clearly enjoys his work, once the install was completed he explained everything in detail and gave us all the relevant paperwork.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Heatayr. They came recommended and we will continue to recommend them to our friends. From first contacting last week to the fitting of our new boiler today ( 15/01/2025), we had fab service. Reasonable price as well as being desperate in last weeks cold weather we were really concerned on cost. However, from Dorothy on the phones to Aaron giving us a fair deal and switching stuff around to get us up and running. And last but by no means least Wee Mark who carried out the work today. Friendly, efficient, spotlessly clean job, we were so chuffed with his work.
Well done you all as this service is rare these days!

Friendly, efficient service and reasonably priced
Woke up to find boiler not working - major issue with a baby and 3 year old in the house and outside temps in the minus. Tried a couple of places and nobody could come out same day. HeatAyr went out of their way to get someone to me later that afternoon. Boiler was fixed and heating back on within an hour of arrival. Engineer was efficient and friendly and the charge was fair too. Wouldn't hesitate to use again (although hopefully I wont have to!)
