Ordering process was easy and informative. Initially booked a install date but upon arrival the fitter had some issues with his 2nd man so we agreed to rebook for 1 weeks time. Total install took around 5 days . The fitter kept us updated throughout the process and did a good job of the install. Would recommend.

Asked for a quote, great. But then hounded over 2 weeks with pushy emails and pressure to buy before the quote expires. I even politely asked for it to stop, they promised to switch off the daily emails and that failed today.

My advice if you are going with them is to ask for a better price and hold out because the emails and other sweeteners (free hive thermostat) and more discount codes.

Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience from start to finish. The online quote was quick, easy, and refreshingly no hassle, no chasing, no pressure, just clear info.

The planning call was spot on, everything explained properly without the usual jargon, which made the whole process feel straightforward and under control.

Installation day was flawless. The team were professional, efficient, and left everything exactly as they found it (if not better).

And then today… the big orange ball in the sky decided to show up ☀️ and watching the system kick in and do its thing was genuinely brilliant. There’s something very satisfying about seeing it generate your own power in real time.

All in all, couldn’t fault a single part of it. Great service, great team, and a system that just works.

Wonderful service from Anna and Isobel on getting my solar and battery install done quickly and smoothly. The system is already capturing the wonderful Spring sunshine and way beyond on my expectations. The team were also responsive and thoughtful and the install team from BioTech did a wonderfully neat job keeping me posted throughout. Happy to recommend Heatable to anyone looking to install solar and batteries.

Amazingly easy experience from start to finish! Booked on a Saturday for the following Tuesday - Matt turned up bang on time, explained everything to me, was finished super quick, tidied up and sent me a video on how to work the new boiler. Will recommend to family and friends and will certainly use again when needed!! The boiler was the cheapest I found after comparing lots of different sites - amazing value for money!!

Straight forward quote, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, they know their stuff. The certification went through within 10 days. I was the booked in for the installation. Again all went very well, installer arrived early, explained his plan and just got on with it. Job done, the installer then took me through the App which allows me to monitor the system. I have had quite a lot of work done on my house over the years and this was right there at the top for a great job well done. Thanks heatable, you have restore my faith in British workmanship. Excellent service from start to finish. Lisa and Rob, along with the entire team, were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They clearly explained all options and even supported with a discount, which was greatly appreciated.

The new boiler was installed and fully up and running in under 48 hours. They also registered the warranty and promptly provided the gas safety certificate online, showing great attention to detail.

Sigenergy battery and Longi panels installed. All work appears to have been completed to a very high standard. The installation team were friendly and courteous, always happy to answer questions. Completed on time.

I'm so glad that I have a new boiler and thermostat that I can turn on and off the heating whenever I want. The engineer ibrar who did the work was amazing very polite and helpful. Awesome work and very informative thanks for my new boiler.

The Engineer Shaun was excellent! Got to work straight away and sorted out our boiler move in two days, no fuss.
Also I did have a problem when I purchased the boiler and installation. The lady on customer service was excellent and sorted out all my queries.
Only been up and running a couple of hours but everything seems to be working.

I fully recommend Heatable! Ordering online was so much easier than the usual hassle of getting various heating engineers to come round for quotes, and I found the prices to be very comparable, too.

Our engineers, Phil and his colleague, were absolutely fantastic. They had a massive job on their hands—removing an ancient boiler buried deep in our garage and installing the new one up in the loft. They arrived exactly on time each morning, had a quick mug of coffee, and got straight to work.

The job required them to re-route the entire pipework and wiring, which they did seamlessly. They respected the property at all times and completed the job without making a mess. When they finished, they took every single scrap of rubbish with them, leaving us with absolutely nothing to clean up and a brilliant new heating system.

Heatable predicted the conventional to combi boiler conversion would take two days, the engineer managed to get it done in one and did a super job, carefully to explain my options of how it would be fitted. Then ran through how to use to boiler to keep it efficient

Really good experience. Ordered my boiler at 17:20 on Friday and it was been installed at 8:30 on the Monday. Really easy to work with and the plungers that came were spot on and explained everything. 10/10 from me
