Paid for product and they never shipped. They sent phony tracking information to make it look legit

This company takes your money and never delivers the product. Then when you send an email asking for either the product or your money back, they stop responding. And PayPal can't help. This is why they tell you to use PayPal and check off Family & Friends. Do not order from them! They are scammers and thieves!

Fraudulent site. Don’t waste your money or your time

I ordered on 4/11/23 , was told the product was shipped 4/13/23 and was given a tracking number ,which to this date (4/26/23) the USPS system says is not correct or not entered. I think this site is a rip-off. When I try to contact them , all I get is a request for my information. May 10th and I havent received my Goods

This site is a scam, order never delivered

This company is a complete scam. They stole my money and never sent me the merchandise I ordered. Then they ignored all messages.

This is a group of scammers promote "very good deals" and they ask to be paid as "Friends & Family" so you can't dispute the charge when they do not ship the goods. They also keep changing how the page look and use different website name, but have the same behavior. They are definitely scammers. I tried them several times. They shipped one order and then when I took advantage of their good deal, the shipments never were delivered. They are scam artists and I am surprised their website still work.

This is a fraud company, i have placed an order since September 12, 2022 and never received it, they don´t answer emails and they don´t have a number to call them, most important they ask you to pay through paypal friends and family so you can´t claim it back, I don´t recommend to pay them any penny or order from their website as they are a scam.
#36322 this is my order number, RE105752319AM tracking number, after you place your order it tells you unauthorized transaction, Scam company and they have no office in United States but hey have it in Armenia and they write a virtual address which you discover after researches.

HEAT TOBACCO IS A SCAM
I ordered heated tobacco and I paid for them via PayPal and they asked to be as a family and friends payment.
They sent me an email confirming the payment and sent me a tracking number for my shipment.
I waited for 3 weeks and when I called the USPS to ask about my shipment they said that the tracking number is a duplicate and its destination is other than mine.
I sent to Heat tobacco an email asking the refund of my money but they never answered

I made an order and attempted to pay with PayPal. Got an email from the company suggesting to pay to private PayPal account (“family and friends” option).
That immediately prompted to me that it’s not legit. Went to check and read that there is “an importation ban on all IQOS® Products into the U.S. and a cease-and-desist order on the marketing and sale of product already imported into the U.S.”. There is no way these guys can send Iqos products to the US.
Reading negative reviews here confirmed that I’m right. Good I didn’t pay with a credit card!

Easy to navigate website. Extensive selection of products to choose from. Prompt dispatch and very securely packaged. Great shop.

Scam. Never received the package, customer service replied that I should request dispute with PayPal. But since it was send through Friends and Family option, PayPal does not refund anything. Avoid it, Armenian scam

Fraud! This guys are Armenian fraud don't buy anything from them, you will never get the package! They make you transfer the money to a private PayPal account and they will tell you to ask PayPal for refund...!!! Fraud!!!

I don’t want to accuse this company of fraud or scamming people but I ordered $220 worth of products on June 10th, they gave me a tracking number through USPS, since then the product has been bouncing back and forth between NY and OH then suddenly 2 days ago it was shipped back to Armenia.
I tried to contact them for support 2 weeks ago (no response) and tried yesterday to get a refund but of course they didn’t respond again and paypal refused to dispute it.
So I guess the least I can say that they have the worst logistical operations and customer service.
