Dr George Panayiotou, AuD, CCC-A, the CEO of Hear More 4 Less, provided much more than 5-Star service throughout my purchase! He was in frequent contact via email from when I placed my order, and extremely helpful in selecting the model colour, programming my new Phonaks to my specific requirements, and very carefully packing my purchase (Phonaks and TV adapter) for shipping. DHL delivered the package in 24 hours!!! From Cyprus to Valencia, Spain in 24 hours!! WOW!!!
I had been worried about placing the order, not knowing Dr George Panayiotou or Hear More 4 Less, and whether there would be any problems in the international shipment, but I can attest that it was the best and easiest international purchase I have ever made. Hearmore4Less is highliy professional in every aspect of the service. The communication was very professional from the very beginning. But it was also very personal and pleasant, as a customer I felt taken seriously and very well advised from the beginning. I am a doctor myself and noticed very quickly that there are specialists at work who understand a lot about the subject. After the exact needs analysis, I was sent a hearing aid programmed to me personally. After a few days, it arrived at my home with all the necessary documents. Both before and after the purchase, I always had the same contact person, who is a highly specialized audiologist. I can highly recommend this company, not only because of the very reasonable prices, but also because of the very high quality of the whole transaction.

I was a bit nervous about buying such an expensive item online from a company based in Cyprus. I was reassured by the many positive reviews from previous customers. Very satisfied with the service, from hearing evaluation to delivery to consultation with George. Easy and clear. The Phonak aids themselves are great. Love how I can make different adjustments in sound quality, depending on the situation. Plus the price was half of what I would pay in the US from a broker. All in all, my first month and I'm totally pleased to hear better.

Dr George was great, and hugely helpful. There was one small issue that was caused by the manufacture (NOT Hear More 4 Less) and Dr George made sure it was taken care of.

I was a bit concerned to order hearing aids on line from another country. Dr George was outstanding in providing me information about the best hearing aids for my son, was always extremely responsive with my questions, and kept me up to date in all matters.

I bought a Phonak hearing aid during the Black Friday discount offer, as the model is substantially cheaper from Dr George, than buying directly in the UAE. Great communication initially following the website transaction, to measure and ensure what he needed to order from Phonak. My only slight disappointment was a long delay on the device delivery, this was due to the unavailability of supplier stock, but this was not Dr George's fault. Yes I would happily buy from Hear More 4 Less again.
