I somehow managed to order 2 sets. I wanted to return them. What a joke. I had to return them to China myself. They got there but sat in customs for weeks and then were returned to me. The address is obviously never to be found, I doubt that it's real. All this time customer services kept in touch telling me I would get my refund. Then they just stopped answering. Total scam. I don't know how they are allowed to exist. Started in June 13th 2025-January30 2026 which was my last emails to them.i kept all their emails.

The order added a second pair on, tried to cancel it immediately and was told it was too late. 20 emails later, told to return them to china at my cost. No way. Offered £25 refund and still not received it. Now going through credit card company to try to get money back. Do not buy these it's a scam.

Dreadful support. I was offered a partial refund after I agreed to keep the hearing aids which were totally unsuitable for me. This was in preference to posting them back to China at my expense. After 6 months of negotiations with an AI customer service thing they now completely ignore my communications. No refund ever given. Very disappointed.

Please do not buy these as it’s as good as throwing your money away. I’ve been waiting for my refund of £99 since July 25. Told they were held up at customs. Not true, their refund policy is untrue as you don’t get your money back. Hearing aids don’t work, don’t fit. They are Rubbish

I ordered these hearing aids in July 2025 on the basis that they were a British company and you got a refund if not happy with item. They didn't suit the purpose and I returned them shortly after but the return address was CHINA. several emails later and my refund was always almost ready but this week I received the hearing aids back with no note and no email explaining why they were sent back. I can't even get them to work .

Absolutely dreadful lying organisation. Been waiting for a refund since May now they're not responding to emails.

The advertising makes all sorts of claims but the product doesn't live up to those claims. They are dispatched from the UK but when you want a refund they have to be sent, tracked, to China. I was offered a 40% refund and keep them but I felt that a 60% loss was too much so I opted to return them to China. They got lost in Customs! I should have read a few Trustpilot reviews! There are several other companies with similar names offering the same "hearing aids". AVOID THEM ALL or you will loose your money.

Wanted to return as didn't fit. Took 4 weeks for them to agree to give me a return address. Returned at my own cost and sat at Customs in China for 8 weeks. Asked post office to chase and item was returned to me. Marked as undelivered as address doesn't exist. They said they would provide alternative return details, chased several times and now being ignored.

The Hearing aids failed to work I was told I could get a replacement or refund this was July still waiting either they will not respond to my emails very dissatisfied customer

Edited to say low and behold they were returned to me 🤷‍♀️ im going to pop them in the post box with do not return 😉

Returned a pair of hearing aids for mum but had to return them at a cost of £15 to China under their 30 day money back guarantee back in June 2025 after lots of back and forth and promises of a refund still no refund as apparently its in a backlog so im going to report to trading standards this is not how you treat customers obviously a big scam

Honour their writen promise of a refund!
Had to send back-at my cost- in July 2025 as they did not suit my wife-Elena at Hearmel agreed to a full refund in Jujy and guess what? Still waiting despite my weekly reminders and now zero response

I returned the hearing aids which i ordered which cost me almost £9 then after NINE WEEKS i was still waiting for my Refund which they stated would take about 3 weeks ??? next thing i knew these gearing aids where posted back to myself in the sane packaging i sent them back so in my Opinion This Company Is A Total FRAUD so everyone take note And Keep Well Away from these Fraudsters

Got 4 pairs of aids instead of 1. They took the money for the 4 pairs. Had to send 3 to China in July but never got a refund. Lots of correspondence with Elena the Bot. I have now given up hoping and think the whole thing is a scam.

Absolute joke this company are. I purchased two packs by accident. I quickly returned the unwanted set in its original packaging with cellophane unopened. These were sent back in July 2025 via Royal Mail to China which was £18.50. After months of emails back and forth to Elena they still couldn’t find my returns. Surprise Surprise they have been returned to me last week. Obviously this company had no intention of giving me a refund and fraudulently kept my money. Even though Elena sounded so professional to start with telling me to pack them with a note inside of my Order Number, name and address, and reason for return. They did make it back to the factory as the original packaging has been stamped.

Ordered 3 by mistake. Told I could return them for a refund no problem. Did exactly as asked and was told they had arrived having been in customs for a long time.5 months later after many emails I am no further forward, Lots of apologetic e mails from them saying there is a big backlog in finance department but still no refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

I purchased a pair of Hearing Aids from this company, one fell apart, cost £11 postage to return, Elena promised a full refund plus the postage and a complimentary goodwill gesture of a free set! Total B******T received nothing, not even replying to my emails, its disgusting how this company has treated people TOTAL SCAMMERS 100% DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Didn’t work, asked for a full refund, offered half the money back if I kept them. Returned to China in July, China have sent them back today as they were unclaimed. Hardly any response from the company bought from. Absolute SCAM!

DO NOT ORDER from this company it is a SCAM. Ordered the hearing aids as advertised that full refund would be offered. The aids were rubbish so we returned them to China (I wrongly assumed this was a UK based company) at a cost of £18. Chased this refund numerous times and TODAY I received the Hearing aids returned as undeliverable to that address! Absolutely disgusting that this company can still advertise! DO NOT BUY

I returned two hearing aids and have never had a refund I persistently had emails from a so called Elenor who was supposed to be a customer advisor this company is a Scam
Before these people advertise they should be checked out first

It taught me a lesson never buy online unless you know it’s a genuine company
