A great service and extremely professional, I would highly recommend!

Got an appointment the same day. Everything g was explained clearly to me and the procedure was quick and efficient.

Booking the appointment online is so easy. Worth noting even if no availability for that day you can call and they will try to accommodate you. This is my second time and on both occasions have got my appointment on the same day. Rahim provides a fabulous all round experience. He has fixed my issues both times and given me further advice to help me. I will be a returning customer and definitely recommend him.

Having been disappointed with my previous audiologist, I decided to try Rahim having previously seen him some years ago at Boots. Very professional and understood my needs. Provided me with a pair of Starkey aids which are proving to be a noticeable improvement over my previous aids. My experience has fully justified the move.

I was met at the gate and immediately felt at ease as I have never had any isstt it every my ears and was a bit apprehensive. The entire process was dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner. I cannot fault the service at all.

I attended my appointment suffering from a very blocked ear and difficulty hearing and, after the short pain free micro suction procedure, my hearing was restored and my ear was very comfortable. I needed to have wax removed from both of my ears and as I had never had microsuction before I was slightly nervous.
Rahim greeted me in a a pleasant and friendly manner and fully explained the procedure he would carry out. Rahim then quickly and painlessly removed my ear wax.
