After a recommendation from my sister, I visited for the first time today to check on my ears after a nasty infection. Rahim was punctual, polite and professional and really took the time to listen and understand the issue. Ears cleared and great advice given in no time at all. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with their ears.

Peaceful location, easy free parking, and a professional, reassuring service - highly recommended for earwax removal! Tip: better results if you use olive oil drops for a few days beforehand.

Had passed by The Hearing Hub Clinic & thought I would give it a try. This was definitely one of my better decisions. I booked for microsuction for my partner who has been profoundly deaf since childhood on-line which was quick & easy. When we arrived Rahim & his beautiful, calm dog welcomed us & escorted us into a gorgeous garden with easy access into a large garden room fully equipped & extremely clean, but very warm & welcoming. I was so impressed. Rahim spent time putting my partner at ease, whilst being extremely thorough checking his ears & using a camera showing us on screen inside his ears with the wax build up & also afterward showing lovely clear ears. My partner was really happy with the procedure & at how calm & professional Rahim was. Brilliant service... really can't recommend Rahim highly enough..

Quick and painless procedure, with Rahim using a small in-ear camera beforehand to show you what he needs to do to remove wax buildup. I was in and out inside of 10 minutes - with everything sounding a whole lot clearer afterwards! Highly recommended.

Highly recommend.

I went to Hearing Health Hub because my right ear had (briefly) totally blocked following a mild infection and use of an antibiotic spray. It turned out there was no real blockage issue - it had cleared by the time I arrived - but nevertheless Rahim removed excess fluid from my right ear and a small amount of wax from the left. He also showed me photos to proved my canals were now clear. Rahim was very friendly and professional and was as gentle as it is possible to be when carrying out microsuction. Overall a very positive experience and I would thoroughly recommend the company's services.

Really lovely place, everything was explained ahead of the process. My daughter has been suffering with her ears for a few weeks and many people wont undertake ear wax removal for under 18's, but the process completed with ease and has made such a difference. cant recommend enough.
