I ordered a pair, did not work for me, very uncomfortable. Sent them back in Nov of 2022 and still no refund... A total scam, plus they are using other names for the same pieces of crap...I have sent 2 emails and no response to either one...DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...But I'm persistent
I have been waiting over 9 months for the "full refund..."
This product may work for someone with minimal hearing loss. I returned mine because a hearing test showed moderate to severe hearing loss. I believe this is a fraud and they have no intention of giving a refund. If you suspect you might need a hearing aid, go to Costco.

I have foolishly purchased a hearing aid from this company and advice everyone not to use them.
My emails have had no success in retrieving my money after non delivery of products. Legal action next step.

The hearing aids are garbage. They say they have a 90 day return policy I sent them back in under 30 days. That was over a month ago and NO refund When you contact their support email you just keep getting told they are checking on it.
This is a total scam. I purchased them and realized they would not work for me and sent them back.
I still have not received the refund after three months. Their “money back guarantee” is just a line to get you to buy them.
I get return emails from “Sharon” who says they’re looking into it but that simply means “you’re screwed sucker”!
I purchased a hearing aid from Heargenie just to find that this is a USA based company that only takes orders and then has the product shipped from China. My order took 5 weeks to get. I sent the unit back to an address in the USA and still have not gotten my refund after 6 days upon them receiving it back. This company is a Chinese scam company! I would suggest NOT TO BUY from this fraud/scam order site.
