Trust and quality
Jin was my representative and he was very professional in how he dealt with getting me a car. I've been looking for a while and only chatted with jin and he done everything to get what I wanted. I ordered a pair of hearing aids from this company, they guaranteed tracking - didn't happen
constantly emailed to see what was happening - no response
they eventually got delivered but don't fit!!
I have tried to contact these people for a refund - surprise! surprise! no response, now I'm over £100 out of pocket to these people! so angry!!!

Inferior built hearing aid
I pulled out the in-ear hearing aid but only the outer part came out, the rest stayed put.
Not OK.
Took me 15 minutes to get the rest out of my ear. Dont ask how, but the apparatus is dead now.
I do not recommend this inferior built hearing aid at all.
