I loved being able to have the test in my home with the kit that is sent. It can be daunting in setting it up for someone who isn't technologically astute but when I called for help, Stanley was wonderful and I was on my way. The hearing aids are very comfortable - I hardly know they are in my ears. The added plus is that my tinnitus noise has lessened when I have them in. Not gone, just quieter. Sometimes I have to remind myself to take them out! If you think you need a hearing aid, reach out to them. There's no sense struggling to hear. I am so happy I got them.

I want to commend Dr. Olivia Bender. She was the second audiologist I met. The first was a poorly trained disaster, who spoke very fast and softly, and seemed to be offended when I suggested she slow down. She then left me for 30 minutes after the hearing test so I had no idea what was happening. I wept at my disability. Olivia could not be more different. Patient and clear spoken, she knows to time her instructions, so I could follow. She is also personable and very kind. She has rapport as well as skill and training. I cannot speak more highly about her. I trust her. Since the system relies on so many bots, it is a relief to met a calm kind human. I hope you appreciate her as I do.

This was my first experience getting hearing aids. I was leerier about doing my setup remotely. I was pleasantly surprised how well it went. Hear has a nice kit that handled all different elements, so it didn't need an in-office visit.
This helped to keep costs down, along with a very good staff helping along the journey getting hearing aids.

This company can give a hearing test and look inside your ears with a laptop they provide...Everything is done at your home. The hearing aids work and look great. They can even be adjusted to fit better. The employees were very nice and helpful, too.

I have been wearing hearing aids for 20 years or more. I have had a lot of experience with many different providers.
I am always on the lookout for improved CLARITY in the hearing game. Volume by itself just doesn't cut it. My last set of hearing aids were performing well and the fit via impressions that anchored them in my ears and alleviated the annoying itching and I was quite satisfied with them but I thought I might be able to improve the CLARITY with these aids.
Unfortunately these aids don't offer that option or if they do it will be an add on expense as I understand it. So I am relegated to the flexible inserts that work their way out as the day progresses. But they don't make my ears itch. A good point.
The professional they assigned me to appears to be competent but impresses me that he is the middle man for many different suppliers. He is quite accommodating and professional but just hasn't earned my trust. That's my opion.
Your company has been good to work with and Craig is always concerned with his assigned buyers.
I am going with your hearing aids as I have now paid for them, but really do not notice much difference.
I will keep experimenting with them and maybe I can fine a workable configuration.

Audiologist made me feel at ease, and comfortable with the process of a virtual hearing test. Explained results and with the tablet was able to show the results of my hearing test. Scheduled a follow up visit for a week.
When l had questions, l called customer service whom was also extremely helpful, resourceful, had great communication skills and diction. They were able to arrange an appointment with Sarah during our phone conversation. So more complicated issues could be resolved.

Not happy at all with the hearing aids. Thought I would return them, but they picked up the box with out notifying me and my family member didn't know and gave them the box. Then when I called to return them, they claimed I was past my 30 days which I thought it said on the Internet 45 days and they would not return them very unhappy with this company in the product.
