Went in for the free hearing test which helped me understand how server my hearing was and then I got to try out a few different hearing aid models to see exactly how they improved my hearing.
Its the only company that really lets you test the products fully before looking to buy them. Great service, great experience and I wish I did it sooner.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.....DOESNT RESPOND. I bought a Dream 700P & tried it for a few days. Didn't work out for me & sent back for refund. They didn't send a full refund back ??? They sent a partial refund with no explanation??? When I asked why....NO RESPONSE ? I will never do business with them again or recommend them.
I bought hearing aids from them. They are an online company and sell brand name hearing aids at a discount, with a 30 day return policy and a one year warranty. They have divided their hearing aid sections into moderate, severe and profound. They answered my questions within a day, when I had a problem, I bought moderate ones, that are rechargable, and can be adjusted using a bluetooth program that works well to adjust treble, midrange and bass, based on my ability to hear the different frequencies
