DO NOT BUY! No customer service whatsoever ours broke and getting a replacement was a 3 month sham. stressful and upsetting. I too don't actually believe they are properly set up, no means to contact them at all. Plenty of other gadgets on market can do same thing. Avoid at all costs.
The customer care is terrible! They don't reply, and when they do it's with outdated information and then close the ticket, so it's not valid anymore. Oh and their phone number does NOT work!!! I wonder why. They have no idea how to handle so many people with so many problems!
They still owe me a lot of money for 2 refunds, because of the promise that within the first 2 weeks you can refund it if you don't like it! But they don't say to what address, and they don't confirm any refund. They owe around 3500$ !! I want my refund, I have waited for over a month! And after that I want to cut all ties with this company. It was just a really fake experience all over.
They have awsome prodoct but there custemerservice is crap. I have one custemer with burning hot Qutment and they dont give a f...... They dont mind us just want to get Rich on us. They promiss you sales bonus in form of upgrates or extra device som you never get.

They don't present any address or contact info on their page. Nor do they have any costumer/ retur policy. The product may cost some few dollars to produce, but they will sell it to you for several thousands of dollars!
And the product will probably not work as described at all.
