Okay, Firstly I saved up for 3 years to buy my first car and was so exicted to get my first car. I went to Healys autos and they were all about me and said the car is like new and got a 3 month warrenty with the car. The second day I had the car, I started hearing loud screeching noises coming from the wheels. I then rang Healys about this and they were nothing but ignorant and said that the warrenty I was given was only a gearbox and engine so had to spend over 600 euro getting genuine breaks and disc pads because the ones that was already in it wasnt the proper fit and were really poor quality. I brought the car to two differernt machenics and both said the same thing that there was nothing but cheap parts put into it and that the tracking that I was told was done but Healys was really dangerous to drive and this was all in the space of one week. About two weeks after there was an engine light appeared on my dash board and I rang Healey autos because they said I have a warrenty for engine but they said to me that its not an engine problem because the dashboard is electric, I then stated that its an engine light and can they just look at it, he then stated " you dont expect me to drop everything for you" so I said what day suits for them to look at it and he said on the phone, next week sometime and that ill have to pay because its electric. The engine light would stay on for about two days and go off for about three or four days but Healys still wouldnt help me out atall. I then brough the car to a mechanic and he was able to put it on the diagnosis and through this he was able to tell me before i got the car that the engine lights were turned off by Healys autos. Overall since having the car I have had three different engine problems, tracking problems, clutch problems and break problems and they were nothing but ignorant and rude and I would definitely definitely definitely NOT recommend as I am a student working part time and being treated like this I would advise away from these COWBOYS.

Just replying to Healy’s autos comment. I have no interest in having a war of words, I simply wanted to warn people in regards to buying a car of my personal experience and the excuses that ye made up was ridiculous I did not verbal abuse anyone and thought ye would have more class than that. But as I said not interested in going back and fourth with ye and just want to wipe my hands clean of ye as I have since sold the car and got a new car of a trusting and caring dealership that’s treated me with utmost respect. I wish ye the best of luck in future but if asked about buying a car anywhere I will be advising elsewhere from Healy’s Autos. Thanks

We purchased car last week from Healy's autos. We viewed car on Saturday. Monday got a phone call from office as we were very interested. Girl in office had sorted paperwork for us by Wednesday and the car was ready Friday. Lovely, shiny and clean. Definitely would recommend dealing with them and planning to do our future business with them as well.
