I use Oatley whippable cream and find it difficult to buy locally so I have recently started to order 6 at a time from Healthy Supplies. I am very pleased with the prompt service, the chilled,well packed eco friendly packaging and the good use by dates. It is well worth the p and p cost.

Beware of this company and doing business with them. They will take your money and not deliver what you ordered. Their customer service is terrible, and there is no tracking. I will never do business with them again. Im very unsatisfied.

I'm sorry you've been left feeling that we don't act when something isn't right. That's never our intention. When you raised a concern about a product, we did investigate — including examining the item and offering to run tests — but I appreciate the outcome wasn't what you'd hoped for, and I'm sorry the experience left you feeling unheard rather than looked after.
It certainly isn't about not trusting our customers. Where a product is faulty or not as described, we will always put it right with a replacement or refund. We do ask for photos when an issue is reported — not because we doubt you, but because they let us check the batch, raise the problem with our suppliers, and stop the same issue reaching other customers.
Looking at your account, we can't see any issues raised on your orders since 2024 — but if there's anything at all that hasn't been right, please do let us know at service@healthysupplies.co.uk and we'll be more than happy to help.

Stale, musty dried cherries
I purchased dried fruit - sour cherries- from this supplier on three separate occasions buying half a kilo the first time then two kilos on each subsequent occasion. The first two lots were good quality hence my return to the supplier for a third time when they sent me 2 X 1 kilo packs. I opened one and tasted a small handful and found they had a musty smell and looked and felt stale. I I reported it to the seller asking for a refund for the second pack and offering to throw away the pack I had opened. Healthy Supplies said they’d investigate. They took some ten days then came back and disputed my claim saying they had tested their stock and basically refused to examine the packs they had sent me. For me it was an expensive mistake as I had paid just under £54 which I threw away. In my view Healthy Supplies lacks a customer service ethos.

We're sorry you didn't like the Organic Sour Cherries. Once you had told us this, our Quality Team conducted a series of tests on the batch you told us you didn't like, and didn't find any quality issues.
We do offer a 30-day returns window when customers wish to return products for a full refund. We didn't receive these back, however. We're happy to extend this time window by another week if you wish to return them.

BECAREFUL I have found a lot of reviews about bad packing and delayed replies. I ordered soya protein lge bag, the bag was delivered in a small box with no protection around the bag of soya protein. The bag was split inside the box, I took a photo and emailed as suggested via their site. I have not heard back from them. They claim to answer their emails quickly but it been 3 working days now, no email to say they received the email, no answer, no soya protein i can use. Now having to chase this, wasting my time.
