A scam. Don't use this company. All the other bad reviews say it all.

I purchased in Feb. I received two right foot shoes. Anna from there had me send photos after an entire month of ignoring my emails.
Here we are the end of May. They have my money and I have two right foot shoes. The quality is so poor. They should be sold at the dollar store. That is if they can get a right & left shoe.

I have since my purchase found out others received duplicate right foot shoes only.
So criminal!! I never got a refund

If I could give these less than 1 star I would have. I should have known that these were made in China- very poor quality and materials. You get what you pay for I guess. These are NOT worth $79 which on website shows to be original price and discounted to $35. DO NOT BUY THESE, you will be disapointed!

These sandals are awful!! Scam!! They claim to be based in Delaware. When you try to return, you have to ship to China. The shoes are horribly cheap, material is the cheapest you’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t be caught dead in these sandals!! Do not waste your money. They will not refund it!!

I ordered orthopaedic sandals. Paid 26£. The quality is so poor. I’m not sure if they are worth 5 £. They of course from China. Company who sells them should be ashamed. My fault I didn’t do research before buying.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HEALTHY SANDALS UK. THEY ARE NOT A UK SITE. Instead you get sub-standard product that takes 6 weeks to come from China. I've opened a PayPal Dispute as they won't pay return postage costs to china £18.50 approximately. They also have said my refund for the product will be processed when China notifies them they've received the return product! 6 weeks and I am still waiting! PAYPAL Dispute best option or if you paid by credit card you should have some protection! I'm reporting to the Ombudsman Association!!!

Like the other reviews, I waited over a month only to receive boots that were the wrong size, colour and of the worst quality. Still waiting to hear about a refund, I won’t hold my breath.

I wish I had read the reviews. I ordered a pair of boots. Took ages to arrive so was well over the month refund policy before I even got them. V poor quality and way too narrow. Asked if I could get refund and was told to send pictures. No reply since doing so. Boots didn’t even feel like they had much support. No reply to my most recent email. Not impressed with their customer services.

Don't bother ordering from here. Sent me completely wrong colour and product was rubbish quality. Asked for an exchange or refund and they stated I would need to pay to return the product to an address in China even though their company shows an address in the UK. I emailed them stating the error was on their part as they sent me the incorrect colour and they still only offered my 50 percent refund. Raised the case with PayPal and got my money back. Don't bother with these con artists.

My experience with this company is also bad. Poor quality very cheap product and no useful information for returning items. When you contact the company for help you just get the same automated useless email sent each time.

This company is not in the UK! The address and contact number are fake. Its a company in China. The product is poor quality and not as described the sizing is horrendous uk size 6 fits a UK size 4! Contacted the company for a initial exchange to correct size but now a refund and they refused unless I sent them to China at my expense! The items are not as described and are being missold.

Negative stars should be a thing.. Screw this place!! The boots they send are what you would expect to receive if you paid $10 on the Wish app. The only thing I see these being good for is starting a campfire! Wish I could post pictures of what was advertised and what was received.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Do not order from these people. They are some little back street outfit in China. I read reviews after ordering and tried to cancel within an hour but they wouldn’t do it. I got the boots and they were nothing like the picture, some cheap plastic things. I asked for a refund and they would not respond so I went through PayPal and got a refund. This company should be closed down. Disgusting in this day and age.

I'm having same problem, I've not received my item yet but sent loads of emails no response got in touch with my bank and they are going to get my money back so if anyone having problems with getting your money get in touch with your bank, I wish I checked here first before spending out but it a lesson to me in future where I shop, I even check out the address and doesn't even add up to the post code they gave this place should be removed to stop anyone else falling for there scam it should not be allowed, if they are based in chain then they should make that clear so people can make that decision if they want to buy from them or not but from what I've read I'm not happy with this company for deceiving people out money and taking weeks to get your items

they have scamed me out of £40 luckily it was only £40 and not £200 with i was about to spend on their site. PHONE NUMBER don't work. They dont reply to emails at all ive sent 3 still waiting 1 week later. I was told product will be with me 2 weeks later still no product.

I ordered some shoes from this company then cancelled the order as soon as i read some reviews on them, they refused to cancel my order, boots arrived today and it s fake cheap and terrible. they no longer respond to emails and the boots looks no wear near to what they have on their website, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Like everyone has said, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! I ordered boots from them and what arrived were cheap plastic things, nothing like advertised. Wish I had read the reviews first. Gonna stick to Rocket Dogs, they never disappoint.
Also, if I could have given a minus star review I would have.

I have been scammed too. Paid 29th Nov, fake telephone number, no reply to emails apart from one meaningless reply when I chased it. How do I get my money back?

Do not buy from this website! I wish I read the reviews before purchasing these sandals. They are the cheapest looking sandals and they don't fit correctly. The business is in China and they make you pay return shipping costs even if the item is brand new and in the same packaging. They make it look like you can return in the states but you can't. Don't buy! Not worth a penny!
