Do Not order from this company, they are cheating scammers. I ordered pants from what I thought was Halara and it turned out to be Healthy-trips. I have sent 12 emails and cannot make any sense of their response. I am now trying to claim my money back from PayPal. Unfortunately I will never us Halara again after all the aggravation I have had.

Absolutely terrible quality. Should be 36 inch but it is so large my boobs fall under. Made me laugh but not for long.

Despite it being a uk website and the reviews on their own website looking good, the items (bras) were sent from Hong Kong and cheap replicas of the real thing and do nothing like as described on the website! Poor quality material, no support whatsoever. They WILL NOT refund your money or allow you to return product. Even getting PayPal involved, I could only get a partial refund and the bras are in the bin.AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I think I have just been scammed. I ordered bras after i saw a very good advert on my facebook page about 3 weeks ago on 18 July 2025. I kept receiving shipping/courier/postage update notifications via email, but they don't make sense. They say that my package has been held up at US customs. I don't even live in the US. I have tried to contact them but their website has disappeared. There was an active website before. I was stupid I should have read the reviews before purchasing from them. This is very very upsetting and disappointing.

Stupidly I ordered these bras as the advert made them sound perfect. They arrived and are terrible. Nothing like advert showed, no support what so ever and a very strange shape. They are unwearable. I have tried to email on the email address given to ask for a refund but the emails are returned as not delivered. Very annoyed as a complete waste of money.

Bras are a load of rubbish no support material was shocking seams not finished can’t adjust straps no elastic in bras cups would not even fit a 34 far less a more busty lady splits in the cups with padded crammed inside an utter disgrace please do not buy this is false advertising these bras are nothing like what they are showing in advertisements now a going to get my money back and return these so called bras

Ordered a pack of 3 soft push up bras. I honestly wasn’t expecting much as they were cheap but my goodness what a load of rubbish. PLEASE DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE A BIGGER GIRL. I ordered the size stated on the website & they only just covered my boobs. Absolutely no support & when I raised my arms my boobs fell out. Sorry but they went straight in the bin.

Customer service is dreadful. Still waiting for a refund for cancelled items. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. It isn't UK based despite the advertising, marketing & UK website

Fell for a Facebook sponsored post from this company that was using a video from a 15 year old, UK lad, who had invented a cooling towel. They pretended to be him to take the order. They then added VAT to the order even though they are not in the UK and a heavy postage as the items have to come from China 😡 Contacted them immedioI realised (within 5 minutes) and they had apparently already sent the item which was impressive given it was 9pm on a Sunday in China.
Two weeks on and the item is still just showing as sent with no tracking information. Will be sending it back as soon as it arrives (if it arrives) or, if they refuse to cover postage, will be contacting PayPal to get money back and see if I can get them banned.
This is one of dozens of sponsored ads pretending to be Harrison Nott with all the links going to the same website. Facebook refuse to take them down saying they have not broken their rules. Do not buy off Facebook sponsored ads.

Size ordered wouldn't fit can't even cover the boob. I ordered because of all the videos showing how amazing these bras were. I wanted soft none wire - I got a load of rubbish. Hilarious - to think these people shared their experience as amazing. 10 day wait as they passed through American customs on their journey to the UK. Absolute wasted of £30 wish me luck as I attempted a regund

The bra i ordered was a GG/E/F, what i received was a A! Couldn't fit one boob in a cup. Complete waste of money! Requested refund, they offered me £2!! Stay well away from this company. Absolutely rubbish and false advertising of goods!!

These bras are rubbish. The reviews from supposed happy customers have to be fake. The bras are unwearable. I contacted the email that came on a leaflet with the bras for customer support and it doesnt exist. I found another on my order which I contacted and requested a refund. They refuse. They have offered £2 then £6. These bras cost me £25. It would have been more as I was overcharged £5. They did refund this when I noticed the overcharge.
Do not waste your money on these bras. They are rubbish..

The bras purchased wouldn't hold a grape up never mind being super firming.
They offered a £3 refund, then a £5 refund, I am just going to request charge back from my credit card company.
Wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchasing.

Sent wrong size , refused to refund and my offer to return the items. offered me £6 . Company is in China not American as the ad makes you think. Scammers Avoid!!

Ordered a duel dog lead nearly 2 months ago. Still have not received item. According to tracking its been in London for over a month and when i email the customer support they say they delivery company isn't updating their site and they're sorry. They hope i receive it soon. Wish i had read the other vies on here as its obviously a scam and i will never receive item

Ordered 2 x bungee dog leads 7 weeks ago. Wanted to cancel the order and start again because i need 3, recieved a reply to my email asking me to pay more than the extra lead would cost and to pay to a personal email address and include a screenshot of my bank details. Im not stupid and told them so. They shipped my original order (well i hope its what i ordered) the gery next day (i placed my order late in the evening). Email response i mentioned above was after i had received the shipping notice. After i told them nice try, i got told via email "your loss". Received tracking information and my parcel has been stuck (lost) in the same place for 18 days now. Not convinced I'm ever going to get my ordered items. They say they have urged the courier to update their system. I've got bored of emailing and getting nowhere so have escalated to paypal for a full refund. I always pay paypal to have the backup if it goes wrong.
Unfortunately companies like these change their name more often than a hooker sucks penis so you never know you are dealing with the same company until its too late. my days are done ordering off the Internet from unknown company names.

I bought bras online, the quality is so bad, the size is not matching not near, material is so bad quality it's delivered already with defects, they asked me to take a pictures so there expert's can identify if there is a poor quality, and came back to me saying, there is no problem with product and if I am not happy they can refund me £2 pounds and I can keep the product I said that product need to go bin I can't wear it , ok then I can refund 4 and I can still keep the product YOU WILL NEVER GET YOU MONEY BACK AS A CUSTUMER

I purchased the "Super firming bra | Wire-free push-up bra" They came from America, in about 10 days. These bras are absolutely rubbish, they wouldn't hold anything up let alone breasts! The material is cheap there is no elastic to hold you firm. I wish I had read reviews first. £21 down the drain.

Don’t give up people I contacted them via PayPal after weeks of dispute re delivery and got a refund within hours real scammers even the tracking website is a scam
