I so wanted this to work having read the largely positive reviews. My sleep is terrible - I get off to sleep but wake up constantly through the night. Unfortunately it’s not the answer for me. I have noticed no difference at all after the trial. Clearly it works for some people but not me I’m afraid.

The customer service was BRILLIANT. Really reassuring and helped me out straight away with my issue, no silly questions or push back from the team. The product is great too, love it and will keep using for a long time to come. Highly recommend.

I purchased the 12 night trial for my husband and I to try. We both did not receive any benefit from taking the magnesium. The taste was ok, hence the two stars. It's quiet expensive for us and to up the dosage to two sachets to increase the effect puts it way out of our price range.
I can see plenty of people get great benefit from using the magnesium, which is fine, but it's not for us.

Hiya,been taking these for about 10 days now and really cant see any difference im still not sleeping any better....ill keep on with them as was really hoping they would help me...🤞nothing wrong with company at all just hoping they work for me🙏🤞

Brilliant company to deal with and first class product, really helps with sleep quality and tastes amazing, I really look forward to my nightly fix, its replaced my evening glass of wine on most nights, I still have the wine occasionally but its slowly being replaced by healthy metal

This has been my nightly saviour! I was using a similar product a few months ago from a different brand but then it stopped dissolving and would just clump up in my water but not with Healthy Metal! It dissolves so quick and easily, no matter how much or little water I use, it tastes great and within half an hour, I’m ready to close my eyes for a peaceful nights sleep! As someone who has struggled with sleep in general for most of my life, this has been an absolute game changer for me; I immediately signed up for the monthly subscription 10/10 would recommend

I would highly recommend Healthy Metal's product. I have suffered from terrible disrupted sleep for many years, and have tried various other magnesium supplement tablets but none of them had any effect. Since using the Healthy Metal sachets, I can now sleep normally and the impact has been fantastic.

I have taken a few magnesium supplement for years due disrupted sleep but nothing worked on a nightly basis kept waking up 2-3 times a night may be more. I saw the 5 day trial for Healthy Metal & haven't looked back & i am now a subscriber with my Husband also on board. it didn't work over night but by the end of the 5th night I was sleeping all night might have the occasional night where I wake up but I'm back asleep within minute's.

I have just placed my 2nd order to Healthy Metal and I have to say this is by far the best product i have ever purchased...I am actually having the best nights sleep I take 1hr before bed. I have suffered with insomnia for years tried Magnesium capsules, lotions and none of them worked. Would highly recommend great product thank you

The 5 day free offer tempted me to try Healthy Metal and from the get go I’ve been really impressed. Ordering and delivery were easy and fast. And the results were and still are a game changer for me. I now regularly sleep 7 1/2 plus hours a night without the frustrating 2:30/3am lengthy wake ups. The taste is delicious. I drink this after my evening meal, cold with a slice of lemon. Delicious. Thank you.

So I tried the 5 day trial and had a couple of great nights sleeping through without leg cramps. Ordered some more and I have to say they still work and are brilliant though I occasionally forget to take and then I’m woken up with horrendous cramps in my legs and have to run downstairs to grab a tonic water - the only thing that eases the cramp!
I do feel a bit groggy sometimes in the morning why is that?
Would you consider doing a larger pack that we can buy for home use without all the extra single packs that would hopefully reduce the price.
Price is the only reason I would stop using this.

I have been using this product for about three weeks now. I feel that it has made a huge difference to my feeling of lethargy and tiredness. I usually get a good eight hours solid sleep since taking the product (rather than a very broken nights sleep before). I awake much more relaxed and ready for the day ahead. ( Even my wife has commented on the change in my demeanour) i like the flavour and the fact that there is no weighing or measuring required. I just add it to water and drink as I am winding down at bedtime. I have just ordered another three months worth and looking forward to receiving them in the post. Overall I am very pleased with the ease of purchase the fast delivery and the fact that (for me) it makes a real difference with visible results. I was skeptical in the beginning but now I feel I couldn’t be without it.

I don't understand how Healthy Metal works but although I've taken magnesium supplements for years, these sachets worked instantly to help me sleep more deeply and to alleviate my night cramps.

I used to wake to go to the toilet up to six times a night and, in retrospect, I think I was just waking up and then thinking, I'd better go to the loo while I'm awake. When I take Healthy Metal I often sleep so deeply that I don't wake up at all!

And the drink is so delicious, I really look forward to it.

I love the taste and how refreshing it is esp first thing in the morning, which works best for me.

I ordered the free trial with an open mind thinking it’s definitely worth a try. My goodness since the very first evening I have slept soundly every night. So much so that after a few nights I subscribed to three months subscription with confidence. I prefer add a teaspoon of honey but that is through choice and not essential. Healthy Metal receives five stars from me!

Easy to order and quick delivery. Have been using for 10 days and do feel better in myself. My sleep seems better. I do find the taste a bit over lemony but more water helps with this. Thank you

It’s tastes ok, I mix it with a pint of iced water before bed, (I’m a shift worker) normally around midnight ish, I still struggle to sleep, so not fully convinced, also I’ve seen I can get stronger from H&B & nutrition geeks , which I’m going to try, hopefully I can sleep easier & quicker

Rather expensive, unnecessary way to take a fairly low dose of magnesium....found a much cheaper higher dose supplement in tablet form, without artificial sweeteners.

I enjoy the refreshing taste, advised to add honey it taste lovely, it does help me to relax at night

I’m now having it for my last drink of the day instead of a non alcoholic gin & tonic. Great to round off the day with a healthy alternative treat and I’m living the taste x
