Superb customer service
I can’t thank Sophie (Customer Service Manager) enough. They went above and beyond to help me with an issue with my train tickets. Even though this was an issue from Avanti wests side, Sophie helped chase and provide me with support and a solution. Amazing customer service.

Mixed review of changes
Tesco added to the range of retailers is positive, but M&S have dropped out. No notification of M&S withdrawal was provided, so funds wasted without benefit before I noticed :-(
I find the bank authorisation now needed when topping up, a complete pain. Surely, there's a faster way!
