I was hit with MCAS (mast cells activation syndrome) earlier this year which causes me an array of health issues including digestive ones. Healthpath test revealed that I have a gut dysbiosis which I’m currently healing. Healthpath is particularly invaluable in my healing journey, as MCAS unfortunately isn’t an official diagnosis in the UK yet.

Test results are reviewed by an experienced team of nutritionists together with your symptoms, this is why it's more expensive compared to competitors.

I’m 7 weeks in my course so far and impressed with the positive impact of the supplements course already.

I wouldn't know where to turn to if it wasn't for Healthpath.
This is the sort of holistic healthcare that should be more mainstream and available/known to everyone.

I had such bad bloating, flatulence, and more. I reached out to Healthpath for a full test, and the results were sent to me. They were really in depth and gave me a real understanding of everything that is going on. The diet protocol was most difficult following a low FODMAP diet but I manage to do this with the help of nutritionist and the monthly webinars. I have followed it all including the supplements and my symptoms although not completely resolved are 70 percent better. It's a relief. I plan to test again in the near future as a direction to hopefully heal all symptoms and see how my gut has changed for the better. Healthpath is definitely worth it.

I’ve been working with Belle for quite a few months after my last nutritionist went on maternity leave and she has been amazing so knowledgeable about sibo and gut health and has really made me dig deeper into my root cause as why I haven’t found relief yet and made me realise it’s all stress and anxiety related she has taught me lots of great tips and I’m making lots of progress still have a little way to go but feeling so positive that I can finally crack this health journey and get my life back

Fantastic response rate, speed, and quality from the customer service team, providing extensive updates from the clinical team on my queries. The combination of raw lab reports, interpretations, and meal/supplement plans has been eye opening. Got the results and full plan well before when I expected. Will be implementing these changes soon and am eager to see the results.

I bought a SIBO test which seemed to be lost in the post.As the kits are sent first class there is no way you can track them. Although this was disappointing, as I had already arranged a consultation with a clinician to see results which now won’t be in time, when I contacted customer service to see where my kit was Hayley was very helpful. She immediately sent another kit for me and this time arrived on time.

Do not have my results yet but I am expecting them within two weeks once the kit reaches the laboratory.

Having given them a somewhat execrating review I can now update and amend.
I complained about the time taken and the lack of info regarding medication to stop or not (PPIs) ahead of the test.
I got a phone call back from Healthplan within 3 hours of my review explaining everything. Their labs do not require stopping my medication and the time being taken for the review of my results is within their stated time frame but taking a bit longer than normal because of a flood of tests taken.
The charming lady I spoke to also took the time to talk to me about my raw results ahead of the official review I'm waiting for.
Altogether an unexpected but excellent customer service response.

I used this company for a gut health test which did help so I thought I would try the SIBO test. Unfortunately there is no reference when you are ordering this that you have to come off any antacid mediation prior to taking the test. It not possible for this to happen at the moment for me as I am on a high dose under instruction of a surgeon. Anyway that was a complete waste of money for me and the test kit just had to go in the bin. Really disappointing and I certainly will not be ordering any other forms of tests from them in case its another waste of money.

Tests were carried out quickly and supplements arrived very efficiently. Felt like the support given could have been a bit more in depth and tailored to my results more.

Healthpath explain everything so well and didn't make me feel like any of my questions were silly. I felt very understood and listened too. After my GP said I'll "just have to live with it" when diagnosed with IBS and suffering with chronic bloating. Every month they have a session to solve healthpath customers queries is the best thing. They have all the gut health answers,nutritionists recommend low fod-map diet and paleo-diet solved most of my gut issues. They also sell the best supplements for gut health and recommended based on our budget

Really helpful and efficient. Kit was posted speedily, and when I managed to mess it up, they immediately sent a replacement free of charge, which I was grateful for.
Even though replies should take up to two days, in fact they replied to my query within two hours, which was brilliant service.
I like that they offer support in a variety of ways, too, including webinars, with knowledgable experts.
