Healthpath have done everything they say they would, I look forward to following their advice to see whether my health improves

I am an ‘ongoing’ customer of Healthpath’s having had a few tests through them in the recent couple of years. However, testing is of course important, but it is the wealth of other help that is what makes this company even more excellent. Their offering in terms of testing and the detail possible is hard to find elsewhere. Nor do other places offer a complete package of testing, interpretation and advice. This would be very positive in and of itself as a stand-alone offering, but there is a lot more to this company and their ethos. There are people there from the customer services team to the practitioners to the founders who all seem to truly want to help people and will all make a concerted effort to do just that. My own situation with my health picture is extremely complex but the team are patient and helpful and follow up on things always. I ask so many things and they will always endeavour to get the answers from Alex, one of the founders. Plus there is knowledge and really tangible advice and guidance which comes back. The company have also expanded their offerings in recent times which I’m sure will benefit more and more people. They seem to be constantly looking at ways they can diversify, which is great to remain relevant in their field, but it seems to be more about helping and reaching more people rather than about the bottom line. I have had some great help over my time with Healthpath and am in regular contact with them. No question is left unanswered. Everyone does the best job they can and that really shows. Quality people and therefore a quality offering. I’m very glad I came across Healthpath and as a constant customer, I certainly would not be working with them if I was unhappy. Particularly with a host of horrid health issues which even top specialists cannot really help with much! So, anything incremental or small which can make a difference really matters. I’m thankful to have Healthpath and their team there and imagine I will continue to be a loyal customer as I would not wish to go elsewhere.
For anyone uncertain about exploring help, testing or whatever it is you need from a Healthpath, I would suggest wholeheartedly to go ahead. Even booking an initial free call to see if they might be right for you. They will do their utmost to help you and make a positive impact to your health. The whole idea is about trying to get you on your own individual path back to health, so give them a try, it may be the key to unlocking your health puzzle.

Brilliant company!

Their gut test is incredibly comprehensive and the results were very interesting. I wouldn’t really know what to do to move forward so I’m delighted they went through my results, current symptoms and medication to create a bespoke health plan for me which I’m confident I can follow. The support from their customer service team has also been outstanding throughout.

You can tell they really care about helping people - would thoroughly recommend Healthpath to anyone suffering from gut issues!

I found the test to be very comprehensive which made me think the overall plan would make a difference, unfortunately it’s just a fodmap diet and some supplements.
As someone that had a very healthy diet before starting, the advice is just too general and simplistic, patronising even if you have researched and care about your eating and lifestyle habits already.
I write this after completing the 8 week plan with little to no changes.
The other thing that makes me give just two stars is the constant commercial hooks on Healthpath. I understand this is a business, but it you’re dealing with people’s wellbeing I think it should be done in a subtle way, it seems that after you take the test they just want to squeeze as much money out of you as they can, via consultation calls, meal deliveries, constant bombardment so you keep purchasing things from the company.

Again, I think the test was interesting and comprehensive, but after that it’s just common sense advice that you could find online, completely free.

I am so thankful to everyone in the healthpath team. I feel like I finally have the answers that I spent years trying to find.

You really do get much more that just a test. I have even had a referral to a practitioner that specializes in my situation. At last.

your basically paying then to tell you to eat a varied diet to improve your gut health and they offer supplements which are overpriced . £150 pounds is extortionate amount for a online consultation .Harley street doctors don’t even charge that lol

I wasn’t totally convinced at first as the price tag initially looked high. But when I got my results I realised how much came included in the price, it really is a lot of extra services that you would normally pay so much more for with other private consultants.

And finally after so many frustrating visits to the GP I’ve got atleast some idea as to what’s been going on and what I can do about it.

This is such a valuable service, I'll admit I was sceptical and I resisted for a long time and put off getting the tests done (food intolerance and gut health) - I really wish I hadn't waited so long. I gained vital information that has helped me understand to understand my intolerances and get treatment for an infection. My GP is still not listening to me but with access to Healthpath's services I am making progress on my own.

I've found Healthpath to be reactive to my queries, and supportive. They offer a practical, safe and natural approach to improving your health which makes the task feel more manageable, that along with the wider support they offer (free monthly Q&A with Alex), a support network you can join and easy access to 1 on 1 support with a functional medicine doctor, makes the service they offer awesome!

After years of ongoing gut issues I took the SIBO test through Healthpath due to the support and follow up dietary advice included with the package. The test came back negative but I still received a plan to follow based on my symptoms and medical history. After following the plan my symptoms have massively improved and I’m off PPI’s for the first time in 15 years. My diet is returning to a more balanced programme and I’m now more aware of triggers. The return to gut health is a long process but Healthpath have provided a solid foundation.

The supplements available are great quality and as such the monthly cost is expensive, especially for those on low incomes. But I received helpful advice from a practitioner on tailoring the supplements to balance effectiveness with cost.

I’ve been impressed by the service as a whole, and while there could be improvements, the platform and service is at an excellent level to begin with.

I have recently received the results and supplements schedule. This is very helpful and I am positive to start making changes. Also, it is useful to have the lab results available alongside the recommendations provided by the Healthpath consultants for transparency. I would give 5 stars, but I had a clarifying question on my supplements and Customer Services didn't pass it to the practioner who made the recommendation in the first place. So it appears that I have make a further investment into a consultation and to arrange the tests for the rest of my family to get higher level of confidence on how to proceed with the supplements recommended to me.

Were 5-star until they shut phone lines. Now I consider them a high 4-star. Their subscription is worth it as you learn a lot of pre-requisites to really know how to manage your protocol!
It took me several months of delving through all the recordings to really get a decent foundation of how to proceed with the variables.
Ultimate Gut test is more useful than the cheaper ones, so you can understand the full picture of what you might be dealing with, and discuss with outside support and during consultations.
Alex should be cloned multiple times over, he is a wealth of knowledge and seems reasonable about things, without dogma.

I think it would be nice to have an app before the results where you can track your journey from sending results to receiving them. I feel at a loose end now while I'm waiting for the results...

The great thing about Healthpath is, that your journey doesn't end when you get your results. No, that is just the beginning, you have ongoing support throughout your health journey. I have taken a number of their test which on following up with my GP confirmed both H-Pylori and candiasis. If you need a medical doctor Healthpath will say so. Brilliant.

I did the gut health test after struggling with gut health issues for 3 years. It was really insightful and helped me to identify what was going on. I will definitely be purchasing more tests such as SIBO/Cortisol tests with healthpath!
