The first order went ok. I reordered and since December 2020 (!!!!) I have been waiting for my products. I have paid them alright, and they claim to have sent but magically I never received, and they never answer my e mails. They have stolen my money.

For past 2yrs I've been emailing, trying to get my refund for items returned. I returned via RM, proof of posting sent, plus copy of receipts. Still no communication or refund.

I've ordered a product 7 months ago,the ask me to wait 2 or 3 months cause, at that moment, they have not the product and I accepted. I have never received the product and they have never replaid to my mails.
Don't buy anithing from healthy monthly!!! A real shame !!

They were a fantastic company 2 years ago. Now, I have been waiting for over ONE YEAR for a delivery, and they don't even answer back to messages after many, many months. So they have effectively stolen my money.

Unless they return to their past reliability, I will never risk ordering from them again.

They used to be a great company and was always happy with orders received and I placed quite a few. However ordered in November and still waiting for the product. I received one email back in the 4 that I sent and they said it was on it’s way from America. Wouldn’t order from them again and would advise others not to part with their money either. Still don’t have the product or the money. Very disappointed.

I placed an order in October 2020. 7 months later and it still hasn't arrived. I have chased multiple times. As soon as I asked for a refund they stopped responding. Worthless company. Do not trust them

I placed an order and paid with PayPal, but not received my product. PayPal has been excellent I had a full refund.

I placed an order several months ago. Despite numerous emails, I still haven’t received my product.

Very good service up to my last order placed in October for £82. I had correspondence confirming it was on its way twice after I'd chased. As soon as I mentioned refund they stopped responding and according to other comments they've gone out of business.

Company was good between 2015 until mid 2020, then the prices went up and i foolishly made a bulk order in November in which i never received.

It appears they went out of business at the start of this year (2021) and knew they were going out of business the last quarter of last year, and unfortunately kept taking orders with no intention of fulfilling them.

I have raised a dispute with Paypal, see what happens.

Amazing how an online only supplement company can go out business so quickly, i'm assuming the new management was poor.

Order placed 23rd October 2020! Still not received. First inquiry about whereabouts 21 November elicited a 'fully dispatched' response. In February 13 and 24 I left messages on their website but got no response when I asked for my money back. How do I get my £35.42 back?

Order placed in November 2020 and never received it. Contacted my bank (in April) and was informed that I only had 120 days to raise a dispute from the day of purchase. Since the order was placed in November I'm way passed the deadline for raising the dispute and getting my money back. Lost £21 but good lesson learned for the future. Moral of the story...don't let it too late.

As all other reviews say order not received. Ordered on 27/11/2020 and nothing. I'll try my luck with the bank to get my money back.

1 star is still too much. My order from November 2020 still hasn’t arrived, 5 emails later asking for a refund & nothing, plus no reply from them.

They are the worst. I bought "Jarrow Citicoline, CDP Choline - 250 mg" online and was told that they will be delivered by 19 Nov 2020. It's April 19th 2021 and I still haven't recieved my order and they are refusing to refound my money.

ordered tablets which never arrived.I left two messages asking for my money back but never received a reply,this was four months ago.these people are con artists do not buy from them.if I could leave negative feedback I would.

Placed order in Nov 2020 for a number of items and I only received a few of them. I received no response when I requested a refund for the undelivered items. I've now heard that the company has ceased trading. What a rip off

I did not receive the ordered dietary supplements and no response to the complaint. I submited my order on 7th December 2020.

This company has ceased trading, there is no point in contacting them, you need to speak to your bank and get your payment reversed. I did that and the money was back in my account within 24 hours.
