I am very happy with the service…
I am very happy with the service overall. The labs are explained and easy to order with prices listed. There is a multi lab 10% discount. The results came back in a reasonable time frame. I have recommended this to others.
A summary of all labs with dates for comparison on a single file would be a nice addition. Coordinating the appointment for a lab draw at LabCorp would also be helpful.
I will use this service again.

Never ever use the service
Never ever use the service. They deliberately failed to disclose the 20% cancelation fee when I asked about canceling. I canceled 24 hours before my scheduled appointment because I located a lab that honored my STAT priority. Health labs could not. They said it could take up to 3 days for a platelet count.
I only expect transparency and full disclosure of fee and penalties when asking about cancelation. It's a matter of business ethics.
Best to use your local hospital lab like PRISMA.
