I have booked a consultation with an online GP after i fell and hurt myself and all my worry went away after the schedulled phonecall. He gave me a referral for the ER and advised to go straight away. I had gotten an Xray the same day and got my result that nothing is broken. I was reliefed. Got also a prescription for pain killers and ointment to soothen the pain. Everything was done within a few hours! I am greatfull and highly recomend their services!

Firsr time to use health hero and It is an excellent service. The booking process was very easy and you get an appointment straight away instead of waiting a cancellation appointment with your GP. The doctors were excellent and contacted me exactly on the time allocated appointment. If not for the health hero service I could have became worst waiting for the GP.

A total waste of €39. I scheduled an appointment directly requesting a referral for an x-ray. The G.P. knew this from the start but continued to proceed with full appointment asking me questions etc. At the end she said sorry we can't refer to x-ray, I can refer you to your nearest injury clinic (which is Loughlinstown. I drove there yesterday which took over an hour to be told they don't so scans on pelvic regions). G.P. then suggested I go to A& E in wexford town (they send anyone with suspected fractures to Waterford). So g.p. referred me to Waterford a&e (1hr 40 mins away) when there is an x-ray clinic a 10 min drive away who accept G.P referrals (they just suggest that results go to usual local g.p of which details I gave to online G.P). Total waste of my time.have to spend money and queue on in-person g.p tomorrow to get referral I need. Totally misleading and very hard to find ts&cs on website. Would avoid in future.

Stay away for weight loss consultation dont waste your money: doctor approves but then was emailed after and told have to go for another consultation at pharmacy.

So even when approved its not even givimg till after another consultation.. false advertisement .

Excellent availability of same day appointments, the doctor listened to concerns and put me at ease and prescription available within the hour. Will definitely use again

I had a severe neck spasm and was in urgent need of help. So I called HSF Assist. The person who took my call could not have been more helpful. The GP called me back within the hour at the promised time. She was extremely caring and understanding and sent a prescription to my local chemist. As it was the weekend, and as it's so difficult to get an appointment with my own GP, I am very grateful for this excellent service.

had a consult yesterday, lovely Gp, was issued a cert for work however without it been stamped my employer will not accept it

The process, asking questions up front on the questionnaire & apt booking went so smoothly.
Then GP in question was fantastic. Asked the right questions, the answers I felt were listened to. I felt no judgement - no forced opinions, it was great.
I will certainly use HealthHero services again & I will be letting others know of this service. Can't fault it, fantastic service.

Great service provided to all Marks and Spencer employees. I got my appointment on a Sunday morning, got a prescription for antibiotics and collected them from my local pharmacy within an hour

Dr Fasi Ullah was a friendly doctor whom I felt at ease with immediately. He was understanding and supportive. Fantastic service
