called 2 times trying to get ahold of anyone I could speak with about the coverage I purchased. they keep taking my phone number and no return phone call. Then I've called direct lines to individual people who said...."call me if you have any questions" and left messages and no return calls.

Although the agent was very professional and accommodative. He responded to all my concerns Except the MSRA concept either was not mentioned or quickly mentioned without me noticing it.
It turned out the MSRA limit is $10,000. Which means if something major happens and I don't have $10,000, I cannot be hospitalized.
I really feel it is not fair and I could have found a much better plan.
A major factor of the plan such as MSRA should be explained in details and one should not expect the customer to be expert in health insurance.

Would give 0 stars if allowable. The representative I spoke with misled me into buying a policy and the company is refusing to refund my $500 that I paid toward it. They have recorded conversations and they refused to use it to help me with my case. Customer service is incompetent as well. Like little robots restating pre recorded messages. Will never use them again nor would I recommend to anyone.

Every polite and smart about the insurance policy

Trying to make a payment yourself is like pulling teeth. I am unable to make a manual payment or even change my payment date. When payments are processed, they're processed separately and on different dates.... customer service is nice but the system they follow is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone...

Representatives work hard to answer policy questions and resolve errors in reference to benefits.

I had to take the medical insurance and James Lett made it very simple to me.

The CSR (Grier) was very knowledgeable and patient with me during my enrollment for healthcare coverage.

Great customer service and very understanding if you need help or may be running a few days late on a payment.

James provided excellent service and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. He’s very well versed and educated in the product he’s selling. I was a little perturbed when I learned I’d be losing my health coverage from my work in less than 20 days, and James eased the process of finding a new provider! I have recommended his services to all my coworkers already!

I have been satisfied with health coverage fast for my medical insurance needs. The agent that is assigned to help me is very knowledgeable and is able to answers all the questions I have. They are able to get you the lowest quote possible based on your needs. For people like me who do not get health insurance at work it is a great option.
