i recently had so excellent help from Sherry at their south edmonton store and was well looked after by here. She heaped me with a Hernia belt which i wanted to return she did the return and personally fitted e with a new belt which was the correct size for meself

I have a monthly standing order with your company for my Mother who is in a Seniors residence in Alberta while I live in BC, the staff at the Edmonton Southside store have been most helpful over the past 5 years. I really appreciate the kindness and help with my Mom's specific needs.

I ordered a shoe for my grandpa to aid his mobility as suggested by his doctor. I placed the order on September 3rd and the shoe was not shipped until November 18th. He had to wait 2.5 months to receive the shoe that he needed.

My order was mistaken for a pick up, when I’d already paid for shipping.
I eventually was told it would be 2 weeks late.
One month later I contacted your business to find out where my order was. Had I not done that I expect I would still be waiting. It turned out a different store was restocked with the pillow I ordered. They were contacted and then my pillow shipped.
The positive in this experience: the pillow seems to be working for me.
The second positive is the company reaching out. I’ve had very positive experiences over many years with this company, so was very disappointed in this experience. Keeping track of stock is a challenging task, but vital when in the sales business. I hope for better service next time.

We recently ordered 3 of the 12-inch vinyl EMP lumbar support bolsters from Homecare Solutions. The product we received looks completely different from what was advertised.

On your website, the bolsters are clearly shown as triangular-shaped supports—precisely what we needed for our clinic setup. Instead, what arrived was a trapezoid-shaped wedge, bulkier and not at all the same design. This is misleading and unacceptable for a medical/rehabilitation product where shape and ergonomics matter greatly.

To make matters worse, when we contacted your team about an exchange, we were refused on the grounds that some of the bolsters were removed from their original plastic—despite being completely unused. How are we supposed to verify the shape and suitability of a product without unwrapping it? The fact remains: the items you shipped do not match the advertised product.

As a healthcare provider, we rely on suppliers like Homecare Solutions for accuracy, transparency, and professionalism. This experience has left us with equipment we cannot use as intended, wasted money, and unnecessary frustration.

We strongly urge your company to:

1. Correct your product images and descriptions so customers are not misled.

2. Implement a fair return/exchange policy when the product delivered does not match what was purchased.

3. Ensure quality control so that healthcare providers receive exactly what they order.

Right now, I cannot recommend Homecare Solutions to other clinicians or healthcare organizations. Trust is critical in this industry, and this experience has seriously undermined ours.
