It does take a while to get your order. I contacted customer service about my order and a lady replied with in a few hours.

Menthol 11mg liquid strong menthol flavor like a Marlboro Menthol cigarette. 500ml for great price. Shipping was a bit more than usual, but low price of bulk liquid leveled out the price point.

I have been using Health Cabin for a long time for pre made coil dying coil and cotton. This time I ordered some disposable witch I had never done before I ordered the NIETH EPICMOD 5500 and WOW the flavor was amazing this device is small it doesn't feel like a disposable it's a type c rechargeable and it's got 5500 puffs I have already ordered more before the go up in price or sell out I also ordered new coils for a pnp rebuildable pod I love the little coil I use them in my pnp rebuildable and in my Billet box boro tanks for mtl but what made this order interesting was I had a problem with my delivery address when I checked out. When I placed the order they ask you to verify your address witch I always do but there was a typo with my state I live in so I never thought I was going to get this order so I started to panic so I connected Health Cabin and was told to start a ticket witch I did and started corresponding with somebody in the office I was told they would take care of it I don't know what they did but I got it and I got it early if anyone has shipped anything especially from China to the UNITED STATES and you left off the state of the person your send the package to you know that they are never going to get it. But what ever this person did I was talking at Health Cabin I want to thank you and thank Health Cabin for the excellent customer service that they do. So again Thank You. Have used them for supplies and disposables. My last order had an issue, it was held up in US customs for a couple of weeks then confiscated by USPS. I think the problem was caused by the shipper they use but not really sure.
Health Cabin let me know about it and ultimately reshipped the order. Good customer service although it took a while to resolve since they ship from China. I'll continue to be a customer.

Nothing has changed. Best prices period great inventory and very good customer service. It’s the place to buy if you don’t mind waiting delivery from China 3-4 weeks but it always gets here. I’m a fan!

I have ordered many times from HealthCabin. All orders shipped the next day. Prices are great and there's always a monthly sale. Shipping may take up to 4 weeks from China which is great.
All in all, I do recommend this vendor and I will keep on buying at HealthCabin.

I was very happy with my first order!
The support responds very quickly to questions and problems and is very helpful. Shipping was relatively quick (around 2-3 weeks) and arrived very well and securely packaged. The selection and prices are very good.
I will definitely make more orders there!
