Good luck getting certs from them, they will send you back and forward and refuse to issue them to individuals if you undertook training whilst employed.

I had an issue with being able to view my employees in a certain capacity on the website. Alex got back to me straight away - and gave me detailed, easy to understand information on how to resolve my issue - and then organised to have one of my settings changed to make it easier for me in the future. He really listened to me and not only solved the problem but went above and beyond - and was totally up front, honest, and very easy & enjoyable to deal with. I have been with safetycoursesonline for 2 years and it has been amazing. Support is great. Alex is so easy to work with and gets things sorted if there is an issue although there is really no issues except maybe an employee giving the wrong email address, etc. Manual handling can be completed anytime, including weekends, and the certificate is available very soon after training. Safetycoursesonline has made manual handling training and other Health and Safety trainings so easy to complete that I am always ahead of myself at work.

It worked really well at every step, the only problem was with the video, as it would stagger and end before the whole demonstration ends, but the rest of the course is really good.
