It’s incredible tablets! I was skeptical with taking this because others supplements I’ve tried have not been good enough for me. This product reduced lots of symptoms however still get some of the symptoms but much lighter which I’m so happy about it. It took me under two months for those to kick it in.
I’ve already recommended this to my friends and posted on perimenopause forums on social media.

Disappointed that the amount in the bottles has been reduced by half, the price has not changed and the customs charges aren’t absorbed.

The product has worked but the changes in the last few months between withdrawal from the market, half the amount of tablets and now the charges.

Contacted via the online chat and had a real live person reply within a few minutes (no bot chat with this company).

I wanted to cancel a pending order and within ten minutes, Helen had stopped the order being sent out and issued a refund. Can't fault their customer service at all.

I have always been sceptical of supplements to help with peri menopause symptoms but I use the peri menopause multrinutrient support and the sleep supplements and I can honestly report they do work. I feel much less anxious, have fewer or next to no hot flashes, I sleep a lot better and feel a lot more relaxed than I used to. I have been taking them for a few months now and will continue to keep doing so.

Been taking the perimenopause multi nutrient tablets for 4 days now. I was very reluctant as I don’t take any tablets at all not even for a headache but I needed something to help with my anxiety and pms symptoms.
I can honestly say I feel so much calmer, I don’t have the endless thinking too much and just feeling normal.
My skin seems brighter and clearer and my stomach doesn’t feel as bloated.

Helen was extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic to my needs around menopause. She gave me some great tips that have helped.

I feel a little difference from my first dose. I can't wait to see how I feel in a couple of weeks.

I’ve been using the perimenopause biome and it has helped so much with my bloating and my gut health. I feel so much better, slimmer and my body is less reactive to food.

I've been trying their perimenopause biome product for a few weeks now and love it. I take HRT so was advised this was the right product from their range for me - as it's got no oestrogen creating ingredients. It uses probiotics somehow to help regulate hormones and get rid of all the annoying symptoms. I've really found it's help with concentration, brain fog and overall wellbeing. I've heard from friends it can help with the annoying menopause wait gain too - but think I'm early days for that yet.

I haven't been taking them for very long, but oh my goodness even so early on I can feel a difference. Feeling less ploated, sleeping so much better this was a massive thing for me as I was constantly waking up with either night sweats or just literally couldn't sleep. I feel so much happier in myself not really had a down day since, and of course the brain fog is seeming easing off. So I am very much excited to keep taking these amazing tablets to hopefully a few months down the line feeling more wonderful than what I do now, even in just a few weeks in. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and approachable. The specialist GP (Dr Rebeccah) was instrumental in enabling me to gain access to HRT, after a year long battle with my own GPs. Her knowledge far surpassed the understanding my own GP in terms of peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms, and treatment options. It was so reassuring to feel understood and taken seriously. I also spoke with a nutritionist, Helen Roach, who not not only offered guidance on supplements (signposting, without pushing sales) and offering advice for particular symptoms, but also gained follow up medical advise after I had a severe reaction to the progesterone element of the HRT, which I'm extremely grateful for. I would highly recommend this service.
