I wish I seen these reviews first before I ordered! I don't know how they are still advertising on Instagram is where I ordered!
They gave me a 8 dollar refund! They spreading false advertising! I just reported them on Instagram. So if you ordered from them on Instagram, report it to them so they could remove their page!

I received the bottle of so called oil and it is not greasy at all. I feels like water. Its a scam

SCAM!!!!! Do not purchase and waste your money!!!!!!!!

Missing a bottle of oil, and free gift not received. No email response. And the oil is not thick like caster oil. I think its a scam.

Scam company. I wanted organic oil and realized that the company prints a US label but ships product from China so there is no way to verify the quality of the oil. I purchased the product on promotion and company will not allow a return however that is not stated in their policy. I also just noticed that comments are turned off on Instagram so there is not way to complain so other consumers can see it.

They offered free gifts worth $78 which significantly impacted my ordering. The order took forever to receive. And then no free gifts, although they claimed they were delivered. After sending pictures and saying the weren't, they started the promo with free gifts was only while supply lasts, and I missed it. Upon complaining, they gave me 10% back which never came.

Number one it took almost a month to get to me, number two it was a way smaller bottle than shown and it’s not real castor oil. It was thin and smelled like lemon. And thirdly the website doesn’t even work anymore!

I gave this company a 1 because 0 isn't an option! This is NOT castor oil! I've been scammed right along with the rest of you! I never received the bonus gifts either. I ordered product July 5 didn't receive until August 2nd..when I requested refund they replied I can't get a refund because the item was on sale. NOWHERE on the site does it say that! I'm going to find someone to test this liquid that's in this bottle because it's NOT castor oil...its NOT even OIL! I took a pic of the addressed packing bag it came in, so I'm going to find as much info as possible & report back! What else can we do??

LIES LIES LIES! Totally false advertising. Went back and forth for a month trying to get a refund for items they didn't send. They gave excuse after excuse about items not being included in my purchase because I used a discount code provided by their site....."The Breast Wellness Pack by Healo™ for $26.28 includes only the compress. For the pack that includes both the compress and the oil, the price is $37.54." I PAID the full price! Ugh, total crap! Nothing I received was what was on the website!

Wish I saw this page versus their home page for reviews. It took over a month to get the products (which I still never received the “free gifts”). I bought a 2 pack and the items were squished into a small box. One bottle broke during shipping and saturated everything. The oil is very watery, which makes you question the authenticity of it. I should have saved the money and made my own packs. I sent an email weeks ago with pictures showing the busted bottle and advising the bonus items not being received. Let’s see if they actually do anything about it.

If I could, I would give them zero stars because they took my money but never sent all the items I was supposed to receive so I will be trying to get a refund. the emails that I have said that they sent them but then when I ask them about the four free gifts, I was supposed to receive they said they were out of them And I said the only reason I bought them was because of the free gifts that came with the purchase I didn’t receive the purchase until after a month of continually emailing them. This is not right and they should not be able to do this. This is fraudulent. I also asked them to send me a return shipping label to return the products that they sent me and at that point they never bothered to email me back at all.

I just received my package after almost two months, the “oil “ is not oil is a soapy liquid that is not even certified organic as they say because there is no logo on the bottle, poor packaging and totally untrustworthy quality of this product that I thought was elaborated here but comes from China, not saying everything coming front there is bad but they shouldn’t been selling something that is not what they advertise. Total phony

Trying to get in touch with customer service and nothing. The link to the tracking number no longer works. This is a total SCAM!!!!!

I wish I had done a review search on Healo before buying. Ordered on 7/3 and delivered on 7/30. Spent $70 and only receiving 2 ice packs and 2 wraps, missing the oil and free gifts. I have emailed the company. My advice, save your money and buy elsewhere.

Zero stars here too! Took a month to get whatever is in the castor oil bottle and abdo wrap. No free gifts as promised (was even charged shipping). They did answer my email about the gifts and said "unfortunately they were out of stock when I ordered and shouldn't have been able to be added to the cart" so I will not be receiving them. I went right to their site and the "guaranteed free gifts" are still being offered. Clearly a Chinese company. DON'T GET SCAMMED!

Received emails that the item shipped and was delivered all on a foreign website. I never received anything more that two weeks of the website saying delivered but not correct and no one is emailing me back. Apparently its a scam, no product being shipped.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Similarly to others I never received the bonus items. They came back to me with some cheap excuse that the items are out of stock. Paid £40 for the abdo compress and a small bottle of oil which is not even castor oil. I know very well what castor oil looks like and what I received is definitely not. Its yellow, very runny and and smells geranium or something. The company is a total scum and should not be in business.

Do NOT order from this company. I placed an order (spent over $70) with the promise of the 4 free gifts with purchase. I purchased on the 13th of July. Just received it today on the 23rd. No free gifts with the products. I dont care how their products work. I sent multiple emails regarding where my package was at because it was stuck on 'shipping label created' for a week. NEVER AGAIN. False advertising and no response from customer service. Save yourself the frustration and money. Oh and to add, absolutely NOT pure castor oil. It is a super thin consistency and smells like lemon soap. I have no idea what is in these bottles but Im not using it.
