I recently bought two crystal bowls
I recently bought two crystal bowls, and I am extremely satisfied with their quality. The bowls are beautiful and emit powerful, vibrational sounds.
However, the delivery took two months to arrive, and there was a missing bag in my order. Despite these setbacks, the team kept me informed throughout the delivery process, and arranged a refund for me within 2-3 weeks.
Overall, I appreciate the smooth communication via email and am very happy with the crystal bowls.

The merchandise
The merchandise, once it arrived six weeks after my order, is great, exactly what I hoped for. But I received no updates on delivery for the first month, despite trying 4 or 5 times to contacts them through the website options. I did finally get a response after threatening to dispute the charge, and it shipped the next day. So, in short, very good product, terrible communication and service.

That said, we sincerely apologize for the delay in communication. January and February were incredibly busy months for us, and unfortunately, this led to longer response times than usual. This is absolutely not the experience we want for our customers, and we’re actively working to improve our support to ensure quicker and more consistent updates.
We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait without clear communication, and we appreciate your patience. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll use it to do better.
Thank you again for your order and for trusting us. We truly hope your instrument brings you joy and deep healing!

Dear Linda,
We sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation has caused. To clarify, we have already confirmed to your bank that we accept the refund, meaning the funds will be returned to you through your credit card company’s process.
If you have opened a chargeback, the refund is now handled directly by your bank, and we cannot issue a separate refund on our end while the dispute is open—this is standard procedure for all payment processors. Once the chargeback is resolved, your bank will process the refund accordingly.
We completely understand your frustration and never intended for this to be a difficult experience. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further clarification—we are more than happy to assist.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This is a scam site. They don't sell sound healing equipment. They have ai generated their poxy website and their whole customer service. Constant delay tactics and lies when you enquire about your order and nothing ever comes. DO NOT GO NEAR THEIR SITE.
EDIT: Yes i have posted multiple reviews but this company are still a scam. Also I placed multiple orders, none of which I got, so it's only fair I leave one for each order. They dont have any sounds healing equipment to sell. There is no way I will cancel a bank dispute on their advise so they can get away with keeping my money. The laughable things is they are not transparent. the whole thing is built on a lie and if they actually did something with integrity there wouldn't be any need for anyone to leave negative reviews of their honest experience with these SCAMMERS. If you still order from them after reading the one star reviews, good luck to you. You'll need it.

Dear Claire,
We sincerely apologize for any frustration caused by the delays in processing your order. We want to clarify that your first order has already been refunded, and your second order is currently pending the chargeback decision from your bank. Unfortunately, once a chargeback is initiated, the process is entirely in the hands of the bank, and we must wait for their response before any further action can be taken.
Additionally, we want to inform our customers that this reviewer has posted multiple negative reviews on our page using different accounts, which unfairly impacts our rating. We remain committed to transparency and fairness, and we encourage honest feedback from our customers. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we are here to help.

We sincerely apologize for any frustration caused. In January, we experienced unexpected delays in production and shipping, which unfortunately impacted some orders.
Regarding your wife's orders, we have already cancelled and refunded the first one. For the second, a chargeback was filed with your bank, and we accepted it. Now, it is up to your bank to process the refund, which they have until March 26 to do. When a chargeback is opened, we are unable to process a refund directly, as it is handled by the bank, not us.
We understand how frustrating this process can be, and we truly appreciate your patience. If you need any further clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at contact@healing-sounds.com.

Be prepared to wait for weeks
Their website says your order will arrive in 7 to 19 days, but the items are shipped from China and actually take 5 to 8 weeks. The products they sell are available from other websites with much faster and normal delivery times. Because of the inconvenience of having to wait so long, their prices need to be lower. They could avoid a lot of angry customers by being honest about the expected delivery times.

Take your business elsewhere
As other reviewers have noted, this site appears to be a business with dubious, at best, fraudulent, at worst, practices. I placed my order with them 3 weeks ago and there's yet no indication of shipment. When I reached out for an update about a week ago, I received a vaguely worded "assurance" my order is in process, but still no actual shipment here a week later.
