This was my third order so I decided to finally write a review.
The gong is just amazing, I bought a 36 inches which is the best choice I made. I can feel it in my whole body when playing it.
The alchemy bowls are also top notch h quality. The sound they make is so pure! I’m using them since 2 years now and they ring like the first day. My clients always give me compliments.
I also bought a full set of tuning forks, which was my first order. I was worried about the accuracy but once received I checked it andthey all are perfectly tuned.
Will 100% order more tools in the future. I always recommend this store to my friends and clients.

I ordered the Chakra set and as this is my first set of tuning forks that I have purchased. Chinese company pretending to be a company in Wyoming
I ordered tuning forks in late October. I took the time to verify that the company was US based. According the site, it's a family run business based in Wyoming. My forks were shipped from China, and I contacted them immediately to cancel. I received 56 email responses, in succession, from an AI agent, and was unable to connect with a human. The listed phone number is out of service. Three weeks later, they have provided me with a Chinese address for my return. Also, The day after I ordered this, I received an unauthorized charge from WeChat, a company that only operates in China. Absolute scam site. Don't order from here.
Please understand that the Emma below who's writing a reply is not a real person. At no instance, was I able to get an actual answer to a question I posed. Not to mention the 56 email responses I got in succession that showed different edits from"Emma" pretending to answer me. I have asked repeatedly for a phone number, a chat or a way to speak to a person. I am not paying to return something to China. If this is the case with this business, it should be clear on the site that things ship internationally and that returns are international. When I first reached out it was the day that they sent my tracking and nothing was shipped. There was space to address this, but since it was an AI agent, no one paid attention to it. I've filed the charge back with my CC company, and complaints with the better Business bureau and the California board. This company is not legit

First, we are absolutely not an AI-only service. You and I personally exchanged emails, and a human agent handled your request. Our automated assistant only sends follow-up messages if a reply isn’t detected, but every message you sent was read and answered by a real person.
Regarding your cancellation request:
Your order had already been shipped when you contacted us, which is why it could no longer be cancelled. This is standard for all international shipments.
About the origin of the products:
Although Healing Sounds is registered in Wyoming, like 95% of the sound-healing industry, our tuning forks are manufactured and shipped from our workshop partners in China, where nearly all quartz and tuning-fork production takes place. This is openly stated across our product documentation, and it ensures the quality standards our customers expect.
About WeChat:
We are not affiliated with WeChat, we do not accept WeChat Pay, and we do not have any integration with WeChat in our system.
We only use regulated US-based payment processors (Shopify Payments, Stripe, etc.).
If you received an unrelated charge from WeChat the day after your purchase, it did not come from us — we never have access to your card number, and we cannot charge a customer outside of their actual order.
Regarding returns:
All returns simply go back to the same fulfillment center they were shipped from — in your case, China. This is normal for international e-commerce.
I understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as expected, but I want to be very clear:

I like the simplicity of the drum and…
I like the simplicity of the drum and the design on the wood. It's overall functional and pleasant sounding. At times can sound like bamboo chimes and sand so gives a whole island experience. The drums in which you can see the beads can be soothing to see so with this one closing eyes is meditative.

Ordered a beautiful crystal tuning…
Ordered a beautiful crystal tuning fork. Just an FYI, it is an almost inaudible sound and can hardly be felt - I wouldn't suggest that purchase. It took a month to arrive. In fairness, it was made to order. I was patient with all of that until the fork arrived with NO CASE and the wrong striker. Their AI bot is so nice the way it speaks to you. Seems authentic and genuine AT FIRST. A bunch of empty apologies were made and their effort to amend was - oh, the crystal tuning fork doesn't meet your needs? We'll send you a metal one (even though I had expressed numerous times I have a set of metal ones already as a comparison) and you can keep the one you already have free of charge.... it isn't free if I've already paid for it! Though they were very responsive, their responses weren't always appropriate considering what had been messed up. Eventually, they offered I return the item on my dime. At that point, I was so frustrated and decided to take the loss because I would lose so much shipping it back to them.

My experience with Healing sounds.
I have a good experience with healing sounds, though their delivery could take awhile, but Emma respond to my queries when I sent her an email in regard to resizing of the bracelet that I purchased. I have read up reviews that some customers had a few bumps and also a bad experiences with healing sounds, but to be fair to them(healing sounds) for me, it was a pleasant one. I appreciate Emma and also the live chat on healing sounds website when I was trying to track the progress of my delivery order. They also took the efforts to update me on emails of the progress of my delivery orders too.
Thank you for giving a pleasant experience.
And to the others who have encountered unpleasant situations or experiences, please have faith, as they might have encountered some challenges internally, they could be down with manpower in the past for any delayed delivery issues.

I ordered from them 2 weeks ago. The item still hasn't shipped. I've emailed, chatted and called to try to get a status update. They haven't answered my 2 emails. They don't respond to the the "live chat." And when you call, the number seems to be out of service. I'm not sure this company even exists!

The drum is better than I expected. The drum came with a carrying case and other nice extras. It sounds very good. Shipping was very slow. I was getting worried that the item may not arrive.
