Excellent for healing scars - very home should have a jar!

This is the forth or fifth healgel I have bought. We use it on spots, bites, scratches etc. It always lessens inflation and soothes.
It would have been 5 stars but for the rubbish packaging. Box 4 times too big with little cushioning. The healgel box is reinforced - just stick an address label on it!

Sent to incorrect address. Left 3 voice mails immediately after error was detected (2 mins after order was placed). Took 2 weeks for them to call me back. No resolution proposed other than contacting the people at the incorrect address. Out of pocket and no product. Not a good experience.

I love all the Heal products - and particularly the Intensive which I use for everything and the Face cream which no longer seems to be available - please could you bring it back !

Easily ordered online. Received my jar very quickly considering it shipped from the UK.

After a week HealGel did respond to my phone message and were very helpful about a faulty dispenser and promised to send a replacement. Three weeks later and no sign of it. Terrible customer service. Product is expensive and should come in a better quality dispenser.

Excellent product used it on my post surgery scar helped with the healing and has reduced the scaring

I love healgel. 10 weeks ago I had basal cell carcinoma surgery on my face. I've been plagued with infections and allergic reactions to the stitches and healgel has been my saviour. My scar is far less inflamed and red than it was. Healgel is so soothing and takes away any stinging. I feel confident that with prolonged twice daily use my scar will be minimal. Thank you healgel.

Lovely products. Arrived quickly. Have been using for sometime, just wish the face version would come back in stock.

This product is excellent. Healing time from burns is significantly reduced.

It's fantastic on bruises and scars. I would highly recommend it.

I found this a year ago and it’s probably the best thing I have used for any skin condition acne, dry patches. It’s now part of my daily routine to keep my skin clear.

I have a very fine skin. I was recently in hospital. My husband brought in my supply of Intensive skin treatment. HealGel is without doubt the finest ointment for dealing with bruising caused by blood sampling for hospital tests.
The nurses were very impressed with the speed at which my bruising disappeared.

I have bought this for over 8 years, it never fails; i do prefer the jar though :)

Very poor service. Despite having ordered HealGel Intensive x 2 on July 28th, 2020 and having the cost of same deducted from my account on July 29th, I have had no communication whatsoever from the company regarding my order, despite emails and phone calls.
