Great communication with the company, quick replies to emails. Good tracking. Love the device, very easy to use. The E-manual (I suggest printing it) is an extensive list of hundreds of frequencies. I also suggest purchasing their speaker. I was using one of mine, & I downloaded an app that shows frequencies being emitted, & they were not accurate. With the HealFlux speaker, the frequencies displayed accurately. (Which is really exciting, as: we, of course, cannot tell by our senses)
I’m so excited having this now. I can program frequencies into water, oils, many things.

Ok early days, but I am a firm believer in Tesla & Rife, Obviously this is an extension of the technology. I have asked Grok to summarise with regards to the technology about it's effectiveness and returned positive Grok feedback. Josh responds quickly to emails. Personally speaking he needs a more prominent role on social media, particularly X, where, it seems all the smart people go to these days

I think this is an important tool to use for increased health.

The device is well made. Not sure of the efficacy yet, as only tried a few frequencies. The instructions could be better, but eventually sorted it all out. Overall, very pleased with the company and product.

I have the older version and the latest and I only use the scalar waves and can feel them helping. In just one usage my knee pain halved overnight and is now completely gone. I tell everyone to get this machine.

Build quality of the Healflux frequency device is really good. Right now I am fixed onto listening to one frequency, spiritual love. I have noticed a change, interactions with others have improved. I was stuck in some powerful fear, so the device has helped move out of the fear. Customer service has been outstanding

The water charger is incredible — I spray my face and hair with the water and what a difference it makes! Even the taste is unbelievable. I never knew water could taste so good. This applies to all of their products: once you try one of their unique healing devices, you will want to purchase more, just as I have.

I’m very impressed by the quality of the products they offer. I’ve been particularly impressed by the Healflux v4, their new model which can now transmit two simultaneous frequencies which allows you to initiate binaural beats. The product guide gives a good overview of the functionality. It also lists a number of very useful frequency sets; Solfeggio frequencies, Chakra frequencies, Brainwave States, Planetary frequencies, Nikola Tesla 3-6-9 frequencies, Vitamins & Minerals together with a very comprehensive list of frequencies for particular ailments - I’ve found it has provided me with a lot of pain relief for my spinal stenosis.

The product support is excellent and I’ve had very comprehensive and timely answers to any issues or queries.

Wow Wow Wow ! This is what I've been looking for for a long time. I love this device and that it can do two frequencies at once ~ it is so easy to use and the guide supplied is very informative and useful. This company is top notch and the customer service is amazing. I love that I can run it w/o earphones and my cat and husband get the healing as well. I did buy the accessories package with the little antennas to boost the frequency a little further and that package comes with the copper dish to put things in to infuse the frequency. I cannot say enough good about this - very easy to use and was at a price that I could afford (bought on sale). I am elated to finally have something like this in my hands that is so useful and technology that I was looking for. They've done a great job. Been running the 528Hz always with a secondary frequency for different things and it is working well.

This was my 2nd time ordering from healflux. The 1st time I ordered a gen 3 sound healing device and the experience was nice then (about a year ago) they have fast shipping, excellent customer service and the products they provide have very fine attention to detail. they work extremely well also. This 2nd time I ordered the newer gen 4 healing device and I absolutely love it better than the original. Also this time the customer service was exceptional even more than the 1st time. I am just 1 week into using Healflux V4. It comes with a lot of extras which is wonderful ( antenna, earphones,connectors). I have been using it with earphones at 728HZ and it is sooo relaxing, really good for meditation and helping to drift off to sleep. I plan to download the ebook and play with this machine. I have used tuning forks, and so far, I am enjoying using this device. Very nice company to deal with too!

In a noisy unsettling world, it is pleasing to know specialized affordable equipment exists to produce frequency, sound and Scalar healing....thanks to Healflux I am now the proud owner...with a downloadable database of an amazing array of frequencies to choose and listen. It was a Pre order so had to wait a few weeks, and on emailing Healflux got an immediate positive response. Whilst the items are smaller then I anticipated, they appear of quality......well packaged although during transit the outer box was split on the edge..So far all is working well and a much needed item to restore balance in life. Thank you Healflux.

I did a preorder for the V3 for January 10th 2026. I received a message saying my preorder was upgraded at no cost to a V4 - well that’s wonderful! (It only added a few extra days) When my order arrived not only was the V4 there with the rest of my order but also a “free gift” of a necklace! Thank you so much 😊
