Fantastic end-to-end service from Healey & Lord. I purchased a new raised height toilet for a disabled bathroom to replace an existing one which had also been purchased from H&L some 18 years ago! The team were extremely helpful and accommodating with my request and the ordering and delivery process was seamless. I would highly recommend this company for any of your sanitary ware requirements.

This is a wonderful company with superior products , with a customer service team that are outstanding , which is very rare to find these days . I highly recommend this company and look forward to using them again .

We ordered new fittings for our master ensuite. The products all arrived on time and looked great when installed. We would recommend Healey and Lord and will use them again.

Ordered console sink and stand. A great product with speedy delivery and the amount of packaging was amazing so it was well protected. Maria in sales couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely use them again

Ordered a really expensive toilet thinking it would be great quality. Arrived while we were away for three days and when we got back and opened it, it was badly cracked as it had no bubble wrap around it or anything to protect it. Sent photos via email and called company straight away to let them know. Response was terrible. I was told that as I had not alerted them to the problem within 24 hours of the package being delivered, they could not do anything and cheekily even sent me a link to buy a new one! I quoted the sale of goods act back at them as this is totally unacceptable. They eventually agreed “as a gesture of goodwill” to send a new toilet pan. There was no apology and they reiterated that their terms state “clearly” that they should have been informed within 24 hours. The replacement toilet pan was packaged in bubble wrap and arrived intact, unsurprisingly! I would NOT recommend this company and will never purchase from them again. BUYER BEWARE!

Order soap dish for £105 so expected a quality item. It arrived yellowed and with marks. Contacted them and they dispatched another soap bowl (just the part - not an entire replacement). This bowl was fine but it didn’t fit the bracket that has arrived with first one. Contacted and they sent a third - again, same issue. Contacted and same thing! Ended up returning ALL 4 for a refund. However, still waiting for refund. Expected so much more. Nipped to Dunelm and purchase lovely item for far less. Sometimes money doesn’t pay!

Classic console basin & stand, brass taps, classic brass shower & loo ordered and delivered within 2 days. Beautiful bathroom suite and very prompt service & delivery

We ordered the Modern 1000mm 1TH Wash Basin with Stand, Tap and bottle trap (natural brass) and we are very delighted, especially with the customer service and the delivery. We ordered with a delivery to Germany and we’re a bit hesitant due to Brexit and the uncertainty around customs and delivery. The Team was very helpful and chose TNT/FedEx as a courier. The delivery was 5 days early and there were no issues with customs.
Unfortunately we won’t be able to install the basin for a while as there still needs to be a lot of remodelling work done in the bathroom, tiling etc. But the finish looks very nice and it was all delivered in one piece. So again, thanks!!

We have used the Healey & Lord range of modern basins, basin stands, taps and WCs in several bathrooms on a fantastic modern barn development project and we are really pleased with the quality and finish. The products were all delivered on time from stock and look great.

How do you replace a much cherished and admired classic 'Shanks Siphonic' toilet when it finally gave up the ghost in December. Gerry Cox at Magkitchens and bathrooms recommended a Classic WC from Healey and Lord - it arrived when promptly and when stated and was quickly installed by our plumber and its just perfect - but that's the sort of 'platinum service' you get from Gerry at Magkitchen and bathrooms.

Very impressed that when I enquired about getting a toilet quickly one of the directors replied immediately. When I placed my order they made sure it was sent and it arrived as promised. Not just some anonymous company like most in this sector. High quality product and would recommend.
