This shop under the new ownership - since few years ago - is best to avoid - it charges unreasonable prices for parts that you can get for about few % of their prices online. The labour prices are not cheap either but kind of acceptable if you can get the parts for normal prices but you can’t because if you supply your own parts you have to wait 3-4 weeks or even ‘it is not worth the money for us’ - if you buy the overpriced parts from them ‘ you can bring it tomorrow and it will be ready in the afternoon’
In my case they refused to change a set of tubeless tyres ( each wheel labour cost £40 + £18 sealant + £?rim tape) unless I buy recommended tyres from them for £79.99 + £39.98 (2nd one 1/2 price) when in fact these tyres are widely available on line for £30-35 including a delivery. I think 100% diference between online & in shop price is a bit too much , furthemore the owner is saying HE IS buying them for £79.99 himself, then why the job is not ‘worth of the money’ for him if you dont buy them from him for that price?
