Reasonably good - have been told my voice sounds quite low on calls so I have to hold the microphone closer to my mouth as it does not reach across naturally. Headphones also don't fit mobile phones (i-phone) so had to buy a connector separately.

I do not receive any item. According to the page which shows where are my earphones they are in NERTHERLANDS, and I live in SPAIN, and that was that place chosen to deliver them . I AM VERY ANGRY and I am waiting from you an explantion, and a solution because I really need this kind of earphones to work. The worst service I never saw.

Misleading advertising
The headset did not function as described on the website, in order to answer calls via the headset, another part was required (incurring an additional cost) which I only discovered when I put the Headset together, unfortunately I had disposed of some of the packaging and was penalised by the company for returning without parts of the packaging even though the reason for return was due to their misleading advertising!
Very Poor Service.

We apologise for any misunderstanding and all your concerns have been looked into.
Regarding the returned headset, it's clearly stated you must return any goods in their original packaging so we are able to sell them.
Your returned headset was in it's original box but was broken, sellotaped and had labels all over it.
Internally there was packaging missing and all the cables were put back untidy.
