Just a really good operation
Just a really good operation - their customer service is excellent with all the people I've spoken to (Callum & George) were friendly and really helpful. Orders turned up when expected and we had a small issue with one unit being faulty (not their fault) and the return / exchange process was very easy with no fuss.

Yealink BH71 and a Return
Ordered the wrong headset (my fault) but very good support with the return and refund was literally the following day.
Had loads of questions about the BH71 (to get the right one this time) which the customer helpline were very patient and knowledgable about. Really good experience overall so recommended!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - knowledgeable, helpful & friendly staff. Courier cost is a bit stiff. Nonetheless still prefer to buy from independent trade than Amazon. If delivery charges were lower, that would be perfect !

Super Support for headset problem
So helpful when my headset developed a fault, even though it was out of warranty. No hard sell of a new one, just a couple of emails and a telephone call from George in the technical team to help sort everything. Really helpful and would absolutely recommend!
