Help and advice superb
Right from the advice of which headset to get to work with my needs through to the help from the guys when I was struggling to get it working was 100%. Turns out there is a very small on off button under the mouth piece that wasn't shown in any of the instructions that needed to be turned on. Love the heqadset. Has made life so much easier with the calls.

Amazing product and service
We ordered a headset for our Polycom VVX 411 phones from The Headset Store, and it arrived the following afternoon, exactly as promised. The product works perfectly, the audio clarity is amazing, and the microphone’s noise reduction is effective too.

I am not typing but rather dictating using Dragon NaturallySpeaking from Nuance. I need a flexible yet sturdy headset to let me live my life as I desire. Imagine my dismay when, after 5+ years of hard use, my Jabra model finally expired. When I contacted Stacey from The Headset Store an upgraded replacement wars back on my compared to those later.

Hi Clive,
I am saddened that you felt the unnecessary need to leave our company a 1 star review for sending you an "unsolicited" email.
Firstly, you are a customer of ours and you have a purchase history with us (a Plantronics product). We do not send emails to people who have not purchased from us previously.
Secondly, the last email you received from us was on 29th January, almost 6 months ago and it did contain an unsubscribe link (as do all of our marketing emails).
If you had any issue at all, you could have just replied to the email from January and we would have removed your email address immediately, its really not an issue. In any case, there is 100% an unsubscribe link on this email.
We do not want to reach out to people who do not want to be contacted which is why the unsubscribe link is included.
I will try and reach out to you personally as this reflects badly on our company and to do this many months after the last email was sent just seems ridiculous.
Are you sure this email was from our company? We have not sent you anything that I would expect to trigger such a review.
In any case, the emails we send out are certainly not illegal. I will be raising this as I would consider this to be defamation of our company and it will be taken further should this comment not be removed.
