I ordered a replacement lamp for my car 3 weeks ago. The sales guy was very helpful, polite and (allegedly) spoke to the Tech people who advised they had an oe unit in stock for dispatch. I wasn't provided with an order number or Royal Mail tracking number. 72 hours later (24/48 hour delivery guaranteed) I had no unit. Followed up with a call to them and was advised it was in the post and was provided with a tracking number, still no order number! Via RM website my order number stated my parcel was due for delivery that afternoon. No delivery by evening so I checked on the RM site again and it stated my parcel had been delivered, & when using the postcode verification my details were not valid. Another phone call a day later and the extremely obnoxious, rude customer service 'advisor' told me that the parcel had been returned to them!! The unit was then to be shipped to me again in 24/48 hours. 72 hours later still no delivery. In conclusion, this company is terrible to deal with, rude and wholly unprofessional. I have started the refund procedure but have no faith in this, and as I used my credit card for the purchase I will be getting my money back via that.

Ordered a back light for my car and paid for express delivery and after the 3 days it was supposed to arrive nothing! So called up and was given a tracking number and that item was delivered to N Ireland which isn’t where I live!! So after 2 weeks item still not sent!
Customer service was shocking and guy was so rude!
Thankfully I paid on my credit card and claimed the money back!
Do not buy anything from this company!

Appalling communication and steal your money

Ordered parts for my car 4 days ago, received order confirmation and a follow up call advising any issues and I would hear back- no update so called today and was told parts. It compatible with my car and so refund will be made…. But still another 48 hours from that being processed! No one let me know. I paid for express delivery and my car is sat waiting at garage for parts I expected any day. Shocking service
Update on 8/4/2025 this company have failed to return my money as promised- this is theft and I will be pursuing as such
