Update: The problem has been resolved in an exemplary manner! - Warning: Promised reward for survey not honored
UPDATE: Shortly after I posted my review, HEADFOUND got in touch with me personally. They openly admitted to the communication error, offered a sincere apology and sent me the promised voucher straight away.
Mistakes can happen – what matters is how you deal with them. HEADFOUND showed real class here and resolved the matter professionally. I am therefore happy to upgrade my rating. Thank you very much for the swift resolution!

I received an email from HEADFOUND actively asking me to rate my “candidate journey.” The email promised me a €10 REWE gift card as a specific reward for my time.
After I had truthfully completed the survey (via Typeform), suddenly the only mention was of a “chance to win an iPad.” When I inquired via email, I was told that the promise of the gift card had been a “misrepresentation.”
I find this approach to be extremely unprofessional and misleading. They are generating valuable feedback from applicants under false pretenses. A company active in recruiting should place greater emphasis on reliability and honest communication. Since the promised reward is being withheld, I unfortunately cannot leave a positive review here.
Conclusion: Data collection under false pretenses. Not recommended.
