We were searching the internet to find something different for our bedroom wall when we discovered Headboards by design. I contacted Jon initially and he explained the process to order. We sent for a number of swatches and Jon was very good sending us a number until we chose the colour we wanted. We sent the measurement's to him for the Headboard, two mirrors and a matching king size bed. At first I was a little apprehensive having to pay in full with the order, but Jon assured me everything would done to our satisfaction, which it has been. We are very satisfied with everything. Very good quality and well made. Neil made the delivery and such a nice guy. He put together the bed for us and took away all the wrapping. Well done Jon and team. Good old fashion customer service and an excellent result. Thank you, we would highly reccommend.

Having bought a new house, I wanted something different to the regular headboards for the main bedroom. I trawled the internet for many months and finally found Headboards By Design. I ordered many swatches to decide on the colour and texture of the material. The process was smooth and Jon was very patient & helpful throughout. I am always cautious about spending a large amount of money on an item that I haven't physically seen and doing the measurements myself was worrying in case I got it wrong but Jon put me at ease. Having eventually made my choice, the headboard is now fitted and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. Superb quality, colour perfect and thankfully the size is spot on. I chose the Aether headboard in the Cloud Velvet covering in Ecru. I'd highly recommend this company. Thanks Jon you've made me really happy. 👏🎉

Jon & his team manufactured the headboards and the surrounds for our 3 floating beds. A top quality product, which was delivered with excellent service. Further he supplied 3 of his mattresses which are really amazing and extremely comfortable. Fully recommend. Thank you.

I returned back to this company with a second order following an order I made 7 years ago. Jon was very attentive and communication was great. The quality of the product was just as good as when I ordered before and the headboard is quality and beautiful. The grain in the walnut surround is stunning. There was some mix up with the order but Jon pulled out all the stops to rectify it and I couldn’t ask for more.

I was looking for a modern, stylish but minimalistic bed for some time and struggled to find anything close for what I had in mind then accidentally I came across this bespoke bed company and got my dream bed made for me. It’s perfect and I’m obsessed with it’s modern design, high quality craftsmanship and minimalistic look. It’s also very practical with underneath storage (who doesn’t need extra storage) and inbuilt sockets each side (that gives my bed luxurious hotel vibe). Customer service was also great. Highly recommended.

From start to finish Headboards By Design were an absolute delight to deal with. From my first interaction it was clear that nothing would be too much trouble, the attention to detail whilst planning my new bed was first class. I was so delighted when my bed arrived, it is such a beautiful bed and the craftmanship exceeded all expectations.

I was a little unsure about ordering a bed online but the process and feedbacks went so well I felt Id made the right decision. When the bed was delivered I was so impressed with the quality. It looks even better IRL. I wanted a few minor measurements changed and they were happy to do so at no extra cost. The bed looks expensive and the headboard is extra padded as I requested. Really good experience and worth going to a bespoke company such as this to get this level of luxury. 100% pleased with my purchase.

I placed an order for an ottoman and headboard in July of this year. The two items I received were the wrong size (double not kingsize as per my order). The replacements were eventually delivered in October, however the ottoman lid is the wrong design. Despite numerous emails and telephone calls through this process to obtain updates on the status of my order, I am still waiting for a response from this company as to when the replacement will be provided. This has been a terrible experience from day 1 and I hope that this email will at least generate a response from this company.

We couldn’t be happier about our new bed, it’s absolutely stunning!! Jan and the team have been fantastic and they are extremely professional. We had some personal issues and had to delay the delivery of the new bed but that was not a problem at all for Jan and the team who totally understood and stored everything for us until further notice. We would 100% recommend Headboards by Design Online for their professionalism, attention to details, customer service and everything else!

I cannot recommend Jan and her team highly enough. Fantastic service from start to finish. The new staircase in our renovated house had some tricky twists, but this turned out to be no problem for the team as they made the headboard to exact measurements. The headboard looks stunning in place and is exceptional quality.
