Harley-Davidson Of Southampton 

This place is not answering my husband’s calls or mine and we sent $10,000 to them to have a bike delivered. We have already contact our friends at the Denton police and Sheriff’s office. They have blocked our numbers and their website is no longer working. Do not buy from this place!!!

This place is a scam it has been closed for some time now years to be exact I spoke to the cvs an smittys package store an he said they have been closed for years they are running a online scam an this place doesn’t exist they have a person answering the phone an when you asked to be transferred they will tell you hold on an put the same person on the phone. It’s to good to be true don’t do it

For quite some time now I was thinking about upgrading to a newer cvo or road glide. After doing some research, I have located a few locally and one of them was at Harley-Davidson of Southampton. Left a request on their website to get more information about the bike, they came back with a call the next day. The guy on the phone, Patrick if I am not mistaken, was very helpful. He told me about the bike, about how they got it, about it's previous owner, provided me with some additional photos and invited me to take a look at it at the dealership.
I went in to check it out, everything was exactly like I was told on the phone, the bike was flawless. Told them I will think about it and left. Meanwhile, I also checked other models available in my area, but that 21 road glide they had at HD Southampton kept my mind busy. Went back the next week ready to buy it. They instantly recognized me, offered some coffee and we sat down to talk numbers. Was able to negotiate a little and we shook hands. While the paperwork was getting done, they showed me around, showed me the service department, what other bikes they had in stock. Solid team, everyone was very friendly, never felt like I was out of place there.

I have saw a news article that they had reopened, I decided to check out what they had in stock. Saw a 2017 CVO. Liked it and gave them a call. Chris was super helpful, gave me a lot of details about the history of the bike, about the services it had an so on. Decided to buy it unseen and have it delivered to Connecticut. Signed the contract, made the payment, received shipping confirmation. Everything good to this point. I was supposed to get my bike in 7-9 days, but the delivery was late. It arrived 3 days late, not critical, but I missed a wekeend trip with my club because I did not have the bike on time. They made it up to me by adding a few t-shirts with the bike. Overall had a great buying experience

Had a pretty great deal with them,
Traded in my 15 softail for a 22. Gave me an honest price for my old bike, did not lowball me. The sales person was polite and friendly, showed me around.
The dealership looks like new, they showed me everything and I saw with my own eyes how much effort they put into the renovations.

I have saw in the news that they had reopened after being closed since Covid. I am originally from Massachusetts, but moved a couple years ago because of work, so seeing them reopen, brought back great memories associated with this dealership. I gave them a call, found out they renovated the place and there is a new management team. They had some pretty sweet deals, so I ended up buying a 2020 Street Glide they had in stock. They provided me with photos and a video of the engine running. Decided to buy it without seeing it first, they seemed trustworthy. They managed the shipping via their partners, and although it was late for a couple of days, I was informed about this before hand. The bike arrived in pristine condition, nothing to complain about. Overall, great dealership with a professional and polite team
