Housing Disrepair issues

The mould was that severe that my clothes and the back of my furniture was full of mould. All my landlady did was tell me to open my windows and ventilate the property. I was doing this and even purchased a dehumidifier (with my own money), nothing was working. Came across an advert on Facebook and filled in a form online for this company. They sent a surveyor out to my property, turns out the mould was caused by poor and in some areas no insulation behind my walls. House insulated and walls been replastered. Solicitor currently negotiating my compensation amount but the main issue has been resolved which was the mould.

Mould

I had mould all around my home. Complained to my landlord on several occassions and kept getting told to use a mould remover spray. This would only remove the mould for a week or 2 before it reappeared. After getting in touch with HDR Care Team I no longer have mould in my home. Thank you guys!!
