Great prices. Brilliant service. Can't fault them. I've bought two Canon L Lenses and a Canon R5Mkii. Usually next day or just a few days delivery. Saved a packet of money. All correctly registered with Canon. I have one more lens to buy when I have saved up some more money and won't hesitate to use them.

Ordered an iPad late on a Friday afternoon at a great price expecting a delivery the following week only to be amazed when it to turn up on Saturday morning, all part of standard delivery.

Fast delivery, good communication and an excellent warranty

My camera was a significant investment but HDEW gave me the chance to buy a great camera at a very competitive price.
I was concerned about the timing of the delivery as we were due to go on holiday so telephoned them for an update. The phone was answered quickly and the agent was very helpful.
I guess the main downside is that you can’t expect next day delivery and will need to factor this in. For the massive saving, this is a small disadvantage. It is certainly worth giving them a ring before ordering if you have any concerns. I have purchased from them previously and would recommend without hesitation.

Most importantly, the item was in-stock, a good price and delivery was fast. Would recommend.

The iPad Air was significantly reduced and arrived in about seven days. Really pleased with the whole experience and very much enjoying my new iPad.

I have used HDEW to purchase my Canon R5 mk2, RF 100-500 lens, a RF 100 macro and now a RF 15-35 lens. I have nothing but a positive experience so far. Great customer service. I had a delivery problem with my camera. I emailed the team at HDEW and they took ownership of the problem and had it sorted within a day. That gives you “peace of mind” when paying a lot of money for an item. Would I use them again, yes most definitely. Thank you HDEW.

HDEW prices look amazing , at first i thought them too good to be true ,but they certainly dekuvered on they're promises both with orice delivery and choice of bundle.

Having phoned to ensure validity of company order camera and received with in 3days which pleasantly surprised me camera brand new as stated

Trustworthy online camera company. Takes about bit longer to arrive than some others. But equipment is brand new. Competitive prices.

HDEW prices looked to good to be true ,but it can definitely confirm they are absolutely genuine plus the service is top notch too .
