I was looking for a new camera, had never heard of HDEW Cameras before. Obviously did a bit of a background check - all looked great. Well, I’m really glad I found them. They had all the kit I was looking for, at great prices - saved £100s. The gear came with a 3 yr warranty. Delivery was quick too.

They have a real family feel. My order was processed so fast and delivery was so quick, the price was fantastic and any apprehention was soon left behind, I would have no worries about buying my equipment from them in the future, they have fantastic warranty service, although luckily I have never had to test it. I did a lot of research before placing my order, they ticked all the right boxes so it was a no brainer!

Delivery company failed to deliver and Hdew offered a replacement straight away. It wasn’t needed in the end but fair play to them for offering.

What an amazing company. I have purchased several items from HDEW and each time I can't believe how great their customer service is. This time I bought a Canon R6 mk3. it was delivered next day. It developed a small fault and they told me to send it back and they would replace it

Purchased a Canon R50 camera from HDEW Cameras a couple of weeks ago. As many people have commented I first became aware of the company thru a Facebook advert so was slightly sceptical, especially after seeing how much cheaper than other retailer they were. However, after doing some research and looking at reviews I took the plunge and was glad I did! The customer service was good, I received my camera after 5 days and saved myself about £100.
