HD Car Care products offer decent value with a straightforward website and speedy delivery. While the air fresheners are good and products work well for valeting, some items feel average compared to competitors. Overall, they are reliable for professionals, but not all claims of "game-changing" results lived up to expectations for me.

I regret to learn that you were disappointed with the service you received. Occasionally, our website inventory may not accurately reflect stock levels due to simultaneous sales in-store. Unfortunately, the bottles you ordered were out of stock, despite being displayed as available online. We processed your refund promptly and provided clarification in our follow-up email regarding this matter.
For clarity, you would not have received a delivery schedule, as this notification is only sent once a consignment has been booked in our system. In this instance, we were unable to proceed to that stage due to the stock being unavailable.
