Countryfile calendars…damaged and they don't care!

Received 4/7 countryfile calendars bashed and not giftable. Have contacted them, several times - they just keep passing it on, repeating that they want images, which I have uploaded 4 times now. At £10.99 each - they were nice gifts to give....but not all bashed up. There appears to be a complete lack of concern, I would happily return for refund but they just repeat that they want images. Am now never going to buy these again, and will launch small claim in new year for my time and hassle.
