I joined HCRG in February and since then I've had nothing but support and encouragement. Jake and Jade saw strengths in me that I wasn't able to see in myself and put me forward for roles that I never would have applied for on my own, which I ended up getting. They are a full service team who go above and beyond for their workers. They are an absolute credit to the company and I would wholeheartedly recommend HCRG, solely off the back of the care I received from Jake and Jade. Absolute superstars!!!

I am giving 5 star to Jade, she is brilliant and patient . She really helped me sort out all the worries I had and still check if there is anything she can do. Thanks Jade.

The entire team is just awesome no matter when you have queries they will be available. I reached uk last wk and I thought once I land here I won’t be getting their support but even after reaching the uk the team was comforting me. Thank u soo much team specially maria and Richa mam. Really positive experience of HCL. Been with them since October this year and can honestly say they are the best agency I've been with and I have been a locum for thirteen years. I am particularly impressed with Jake who is my consultant, so patient, kind, reassuring and helpful. Always willing to go the extra mile. He seems interested in locums as people and not just as business. He has a great unflappable style of working and never appears to get ruffled by anything. I feel I can contact him about any issues that might arise and he will always listen and respond. Definitely five stars from me!

If there is any problems with processing timesheets. Overall I have been with this company since February 2024 and I am totally happy and satisfied with them.
